By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
"Invite people" lets you invite people you work with to collaborate on your projects, with the access you choose, or to join 8080.AI. You choose each person from your Google contacts; nothing is sent until you press Send, and each invitation goes out from your own Gmail account, in your name. "Invite all", under "Invite contacts" in Refer & earn (and in the one-time offer after sign-in), instead invites up to 400 of your contacts a day who have no 8080.AI account, the ones you have not invited yet first, to join 8080.AI with your referral link, also from your own Gmail account and only after you press it. With its "Every day" switch on (it starts on, and you can turn it off before you press), 8080.AI then does this for you every day, in your name, through your whole contact list and then again from the top, so a contact who has not joined may get your invitation more than once, until you turn it off. By sending, with or without "Every day", you confirm that they are people you know and may contact about working together or about 8080.AI. Project invitations follow your plan's member limits, and a person joins a project only by accepting. A project invitation carries an unsubscribe link, and we never invite an address again once it unsubscribes. An invitation to 8080.AI is a plain email from you, like one you type in Gmail, with no 8080.AI footer. Google's own terms and sending limits apply to your Gmail account. You may withdraw 8080.AI's Google access at any time, and we may limit or switch off the feature.
You earn the referral credits shown in the Service when someone signs up through your referral link or with an email address you invited, and again when they subscribe. Your first "Invite all" that sends at least one invitation also earns 10 credits, once per account. If several users invited the same address, the first to invite it earns the credits. We may withhold or reverse rewards for self-referrals, duplicate, disposable or suspicious accounts, or any other abuse.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 8080.AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8080.AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk.
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice.
We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
