Admin: Full control over ward data, user management, and payment tracking. 2. Core Features to Build: Ward Directory: A searchable database of all 369 wards in Bengaluru across 5 zones. For each ward, display the MLA, Corporator, and key BBMP/BESCOM/BWSSB officials. Smart Complaint Engine: A form where users select a category (Pothole, Streetlight, Garbage). Automatically reference the Karnataka Sakala Services Act in the complaint text. Legal Notice Generator: A workflow where users pay ₹99 to generate a PDF legal notice based on their complaint. Expert Marketplace: A directory where users pay ₹499 to unlock the contact details and booking link for a verified Advocate or CA. Geolocation: Use GPS to help users identify their current Ward and Zone automatically. 3. Technical Requirements: Frontend: Clean, professional UI using Tailwind CSS. Mobile-first design. Backend: Fast API with a MongoDB database to store ward data and complaint history. Payments: Integrate a placeholder for Razorpay/Stripe for the ₹99 and ₹499 transactions. Language: Support both English and Hindi interfaces. 4. Design Aesthetic: > Use a "Trust-based" color palette: Navy Blue, White, and Saffron accents (National colors of India).
