Founder & Principal CFO, Windward Mark LLC
James Harland brings over 15 years of senior CFO experience to Windward Mark LLC, having served high-growth ventures across technology, healthcare SaaS, and advanced manufacturing. His career spans early-stage startups navigating Series A fundraising to mid-market companies executing complex acquisitions and operational restructurings.
Before founding Windward Mark, James held executive finance roles at venture-backed firms where he led capital raises exceeding $80M, implemented scalable financial infrastructure, and guided leadership teams through pivotal transitions. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant with deep expertise in FP&A, treasury management, and board-level reporting.
James founded Windward Mark on a simple conviction: every ambitious company deserves access to the caliber of financial leadership that Fortune 500 firms take for granted.
