The 2-Minute Reset Blueprint is designed to be an irreplaceable, easy-to-use tool that provides instant mental clarity and focus. This system is scientifically backed to help users quickly reset their mental state and boost productivity, regardless of their location or the challenges they face.

2. System Overview

The system is based on the RISE+ Framework, a four-step process that guides users through recognizing their mental state, interrupting negative patterns, setting intentions, and executing immediate actions. It is designed to be flexible and adaptable to various situations, providing users with the tools they need to overcome mental fatigue and improve productivity.

  • As a user, I want to choose a preferred interrupt method in 60 seconds, so that I can quickly reset my mental state using body, mind, or speech techniques.
    • As a user, I want to perform a body interrupt by doing 3 shoulder rolls, 3 deep breaths, and a quick stretch, so that I can physically reset my state.
    • As a user, I want to perform a mind interrupt by closing my eyes, visualizing a calm scene, and focusing on one sense, so that I can mentally reset my state.
    • As a user, I want to perform a speech interrupt by repeating a power phrase, stating my intention, and using positive affirmations, so that I can verbally reset my state.
  • As a user, I want to set my next action intention in 30 seconds, so that I can focus on what I need to do next.
  • As a user, I want to execute one immediate action in 10 seconds, so that I can start making progress immediately.

  • As a user, I want to perform a morning fog reset, so that I can energize my day by recognizing sluggishness, interrupting with deep breaths and stretches, setting an intention, and executing by drinking water and opening curtains.
  • As a user, I want to perform a midday slump reset, so that I can refresh my energy by recognizing fatigue, interrupting with walking and shoulder rolls, setting an intention, and executing by changing my physical location or engaging in a strategic pause.
  • As a user, I want to perform a deadline pressure reset, so that I can focus on the next step by recognizing stress, interrupting with visualization, setting an intention, and executing by creating a quick task list.
