Step away from your screen for five minutes and reset your nervous system with a simple breathing exercise. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 6.
- 1Sit or stand comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
- 2Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts.
- 3Hold gently for 4 counts without tension.
- 4Exhale through your mouth for 6 counts. Repeat 5 times.
