Color Palette

The misty-crm system will feature a modern and professional color scheme that reflects trust, efficiency, and innovation. Below is the custom color palette:

  • Background: #F5F9FF (soft misty blue)
  • Surface: #FFFFFF (clean white)
  • Text: #2C3E50 (deep slate gray)
  • Accent: #3498DB (vivid sky blue)
  • Muted: #BDC3C7 (light gray)

6. Signature Design Concept

The misty-crm homepage will feature an interactive "Customer Journey Map" as its centerpiece. This map will visually represent the stages of a customer’s lifecycle (e.g., Lead, Prospect, Customer, Loyal Advocate) as a dynamic, flowing river. Users will see animated ripples and nodes along the river, each representing a customer or deal. Hovering over a node will display key details (e.g., customer name, deal value, next action) in a sleek tooltip.

Key Features:

  • Animations: Smooth transitions as users navigate the map, with ripples and highlights on hover.
  • Color Shifts: The river’s color will subtly change based on the user’s selected theme (e.g., sales-focused, support-focused).
  • Micro-Interactions: Clicking a node will open a detailed view of the customer or deal, with options to update status, add notes, or assign tasks.
  • Responsive Design: The map will adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes, ensuring usability on both desktop and mobile devices.

This bold, interactive design will make the CRM instantly engaging and memorable, setting it apart from traditional, static dashboards.
