Our Story
A neighborhood roastery built on slow mornings
coffee began as a single roaster in the corner of Old Town, fueled by a simple belief: great coffee should taste like the place it came from. We source green beans directly from growers, roast in small batches, and pull every shot with intention.
From the first crack of the roast to the last sip at our counter, every detail is a quiet invitation to slow down and savor the moment.
