TEXFLOWW System Requirements Document

Introduction

TexFloww is an advanced SaaS web application designed to revolutionize textile manufacturing management. It provides an AI-powered ERP and factory management platform specifically tailored for textile manufacturers. The first implementation will be at a textile factory in Surat, India.

System Overview

TexFloww aims to streamline operations in textile manufacturing by integrating various management functions into a single intelligent platform. The application will manage power looms, TFO machines, warping machines, production, inventory, maintenance, dispatch, and provide AI insights.

Source Content Inventory

  • Factory Profile:
    • Total Power Looms: 380
    • Factory A: 223 looms
    • Factory B: 157 looms
    • TFO Machines: 15
    • Warping Machines: 5
  • Workers:
    • Day Shift: 28 Loom Workers (1 Worker handles around 12–14 looms)
    • Night Shift: 28 Loom Workers (1 Worker handles around 12–14 looms)
    • One operator per TFO machine.
    • One operator per warping machine.
  • Textile Qualities: Approximately 5–6 different qualities.

Signature Design Concept

Interactive Textile Factory Map

The homepage will feature an interactive map of a textile factory floor. Users can hover over different sections (e.g., loom area, TFO machines, warping section) to see real-time data pop-ups. Clicking on a section zooms in to reveal detailed statistics and management options. The map will use smooth animations and transitions, with a glassmorphism effect to give a modern, premium feel. This concept will be built using motion/react for animations and react-three/fiber for 3D interactions.

LANDING HERO MOTION BRIEF

The landing hero will feature a dynamic illustration of textile production. Inputs like raw materials will flow into a central loom, which transforms them into finished textiles. This transformation will be animated in a continuous loop, showcasing the efficiency and intelligence of TexFloww. The animation will be created using motion/react for smooth transitions and interactions.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Intended Interaction Model: Animated
    • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals, hover transitions, and spring physics on interactive elements.
    • Each section will have a distinctive core mechanic, such as morphing SVGs or kinetic typography, to maintain user engagement.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The application must support dark mode.
  • It should be fully responsive across all devices.
  • The design should incorporate smooth animations and transitions.
  • The system should handle up to 500 concurrent users without performance degradation.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React for Web
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Database: MySQL or MariaDB
  • AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly responses
  • AI Tools: Litellm for LLM Routing
  • Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose
  • Server-side Orchestration: Kubernetes

Assumptions and Constraints

  • The application will initially be deployed for a textile factory in Surat, India.
  • The system should be scalable to accommodate additional factories and users.
  • The application must comply with local data protection regulations in India.
