The Starter plan (£99/mo) includes CSR Opportunity Matching, basic Grant Database access, 5 proposals per month, and email support. The Professional plan (£299/mo) adds full Grant Database access, unlimited proposals, Impact Reporting, priority support, and API access. The Enterprise plan (£500/mo) includes everything in Professional plus advanced Impact Reporting, a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and white-label reports.
You can change your plan at any time from this Subscription page. Simply select the plan you want and click the Upgrade or Downgrade button. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to a free tier with limited access to basic features. You can reactivate your subscription whenever you are ready.
Yes! If you choose annual billing, you save 17% compared to the monthly rate. The Starter plan is £990/year (equivalent to £82.50/month), Professional is £2,990/year (equivalent to £249.17/month), and Enterprise is £4,990/year (equivalent to £415.83/month). Contact our sales team to switch to annual billing.
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. If you switch from monthly to annual, you will be charged the annual rate immediately and your renewal date will be set one year from the switch date. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
