The "Winter-Business" project aims to develop a comprehensive mobile application called Udyam AI. This app serves as an AI-powered business companion tailored for Indian small business owners, including electricians, carpenters, plumbers, mechanics, tailors, kirana store owners, and other skilled professionals. The primary mission of Udyam AI is to help users increase their earnings, find customers, manage finances, discover government schemes, connect with suppliers, learn new skills, and grow their businesses.
Udyam AI is designed to provide a modern, premium mobile experience with an Android-first approach. It supports multiple languages and offers a voice-first experience, integrating an AI chat assistant on every screen. The app's architecture is production-ready, featuring Firebase Authentication and Firestore as the database. It includes functionalities such as user onboarding, a dashboard, a supplier marketplace, a government schemes matching engine, a community discussion platform, a learning academy, a digital ledger, and payment tracking. The app is designed to be responsive, with both dark and light themes available.
Business Owner: The primary user of the app, such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, tailors, mechanics, and kirana store owners. They manage customers, jobs, ledger, suppliers, AI assistant, learning, and schemes.
Supplier: Users who create profiles, list products/services, update prices, receive inquiries, and respond to business owners.
Admin: Users who manage other users, suppliers, reported content, government schemes, learning content, categories, and platform analytics.
Expert/Mentor: Verified professionals who can answer community questions, publish tips, and offer guidance.
The homepage of Udyam AI will feature an interactive "Business Growth Journey" map. Users can navigate through a 3D landscape representing different aspects of their business journey, such as customer acquisition, financial management, and skill development. Each section of the map will be a clickable 3D model (e.g., a marketplace, a classroom, a ledger book) that expands into detailed views. The map will be built using @react-three/fiber for 3D rendering and gsap for smooth animations and transitions. Users can click, drag, and hover to explore different areas, with the AI assistant providing contextual advice based on the section being viewed.
The landing page will use a "parallax" interaction model, with layered depth via scroll. Decorative layers will translate at different speeds, while real content scrolls naturally. This model will create a visually rich first impression, ideal for storytelling and engaging users. Internal pages will maintain a "static" interaction model for clarity and ease of use.
