When I change the status, automatically send the customer a WhatsApp message: Preparing: "Your order #ID is being prepared." Ready: "Your order #ID is ready." Delivered: "Your order #ID has been delivered. Enjoy your meal!" Technical rules: Send messages through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API from a backend/server function, not from the frontend. Keep the API token in environment variables. Use country code (+91) for phone numbers. If sending fails, show the error in the admin panel and do not break the order flow.
