1. Introduction

This document outlines the system requirements for the visionME SaaS application, designed to support optometry practices. The application will be developed in multiple phases, with each phase introducing new features and capabilities. The initial phase focuses on core functionalities, while subsequent phases expand into business growth, AI integration, and enterprise features.

2. System Overview

The visionME application is intended to streamline operations within optometry practices by providing modules for user management, customer management, EMR, billing, inventory, job tracking, reporting, and more. It will also incorporate advanced AI features and support for multi-store operations in later phases.
