Build a complete, professional, mobile-friendly wedding photography business management application called "Vinod Photography Manager". BUSINESS: This app is for Vinod Photography, an Indian wedding photography business. Use Indian Rupees (INR ₹), Indian date formats, and a premium black, ivory, and gold visual theme. Make the app easy to use on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Build a real, functional application with persistent database storage, secure authentication, working forms, editing, deletion, search, reports, and backups. Do not create only a static design or demo. All data must remain saved after refreshing, logging out, or reopening the app. Use a proper database and backend. 1. DASHBOARD Display total bookings, upcoming functions, total package value, customer payments received, outstanding customer balances, total business expenses, staff payments due, pending album/video deliveries, and estimated profit. Provide shortcuts to add bookings, functions, team members, payments, and expenses. 2. CUSTOMER AND BOOKING MANAGEMENT Create, view, edit, search, and archive customer bookings. Store customer/couple names, phone numbers, optional email, event dates, booking date, address, venue, Google Maps link, package name, package price, services included, special instructions, and booking status. Support multiple functions under one wedding booking. Generate a unique booking ID for every booking. 3. FUNCTION AND EVENT SCHEDULER Each booking can contain multiple functions: engagement, pre-wedding, Haldi, Mehendi, wedding, reception, family function, and custom events. Each function must have its own date, start time, venue, Google Maps location, assigned team members, equipment checklist, preparation notes, items to order, order-by date, and completion status. Include a calendar and chronological agenda. Highlight events coming up in the next 7 days and preparation or ordering deadlines. Track who attended each function and what role they performed. 4. TEAM MEMBER DIRECTORY Maintain a reusable directory of photographers, cinematographers, traditional photographers, traditional videographers, drone operators, photo editors, video editors, assistants, and other freelancers. Store full name, phone number, role, usual rate, payment details, and notes. Assign team members to specific bookings and individual functions. Prevent accidental double-booking of a team member for overlapping events and warn the user about conflicts. 5. STAFF ASSIGNMENTS AND PAYMENTS For every function, record each assigned team member, role, agreed fee, travel allowance, food or accommodation allowance, total amount payable, amount paid, payment date, payment method, and remaining balance. Support partial payments and multiple payments. Show total earnings and outstanding dues for each staff member. Keep a payment history and allow filtering by person, wedding, function, and date. 6. CUSTOMER PAYMENT MANAGEMENT Track each wedding's package price, booking advance, pre-wedding payment, payment on the wedding day, other installments, and final delivery payment. Let the user record multiple partial payments with date, amount, method, and notes. Calculate total received and remaining balance automatically. Support customized installment schedules, overdue payment alerts, receipts, and a customer ledger. Never count a payment twice. 7. BUSINESS EXPENSES AND PROFIT Record travel, fuel, accommodation, meals, equipment rental, album printing, staff fees, editing, outsourcing, and miscellaneous expenses. Link each expense to a specific wedding or mark it as a general business expense. Track vendor, amount, date, payment status, and receipt attachment. Calculate estimated profit per wedding as customer revenue actually received or contract revenue, with a clearly labeled calculation method, minus relevant expenses. Show business revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and estimated profit in monthly and yearly reports. 8. PHOTO, VIDEO, AND ALBUM DELIVERY Track the workflow for every wedding: photo backup, photo selection, photo editing, video editing, teaser, full-length video, album design, customer approval, album sheet count, extra sheets, printing, quality check, and final delivery. Give each task a status, responsible editor, due date, notes, and completion date. Support custom tasks and calculate progress automatically. Alert the user to overdue work and delivery deadlines. 9. REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS Provide in-app reminders for upcoming functions, preparation deadlines, items to order, customer installments, staff payments, and delivery dates. Where supported, integrate push notifications or email notifications with user permission. Allow the user to configure reminders, including one day before a function. Do not claim notifications are active unless properly configured. 10. SEARCH, REPORTS, AND EXPORTS Provide global search across customer names, phone numbers, booking IDs, staff members, venues, and functions. Filter by date, payment status, delivery status, and staff member. Export customer ledgers, staff payment reports, expense reports, wedding schedules, and delivery reports to CSV or PDF. Provide a full data backup and restore feature. 11. USER INTERFACE Create a polished, premium, responsive dashboard with a left sidebar on desktop and bottom navigation or a mobile menu on phones. Main sections: Dashboard, Bookings, Calendar & Functions, Team, Customer Payments, Staff Payments, Expenses, Deliveries, Reports, and Settings. Use readable typography, elegant black and gold accents, clear status indicators, confirmation dialogs before deleting records, and helpful empty states. Include a prominent Add Booking button. 12. DATA SECURITY AND RELIABILITY Implement secure login, database access controls, input validation, and reliable backups. Keep business records private. Use appropriate database relationships between customers, bookings, functions, staff, assignments, payments, expenses, and delivery tasks. Prevent duplicate payment entries and preserve a proper transaction history. Use Indian timezone Asia/Kolkata. 13. DATABASE AND IMPLEMENTATION Choose a suitable production-ready stack supported by the builder, preferably a responsive web application or progressive web app (PWA) with a persistent backend such as Supabase or Firebase. Create the required database tables and relationships, configure authentication and permissions, and implement all CRUD operations. If a feature requires external credentials, explain how to configure them rather than pretending they already work. 14. ACCEPTANCE TESTS Before declaring completion, test that a user can create a wedding booking, add multiple functions, assign different photographers and videographers to each function, record a customer advance and subsequent payments, record staff fees and partial payments, add expenses, calculate outstanding balances and profit, mark album tasks complete, search bookings, export data, and refresh the application without losing saved records. Deliver the actual working application, not merely a plan, mockup, or screenshot. Provide setup instructions, database configuration, and deployment instructions. Clearly identify any features that remain incomplete.
