Booking Policies
Appointments are complimentary. Your studio trial visit is completely free of charge — no booking fee required.
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Please notify us via WhatsApp or email at least a day before your scheduled slot to reschedule without any penalty.
Rental payment is due at the studio visit. Full rental charges and the refundable security deposit are collected in person on the day of collection.
Outfits are subject to availability. Pre-selecting outfits during booking does not guarantee reservation — pieces are confirmed upon studio visit.
Returns must be made within the agreed rental window. Late returns beyond the rental period are charged at a pro-rata daily rate.

Please bring any undergarments or innerwear you plan to wear with the outfit, as well as the heels or shoes you intend to pair it with. This helps us assess fit and drape accurately. A government-issued ID is required for security deposit purposes.
Each appointment is approximately 45 to 60 minutes. This gives you time to try on 3 to 5 outfits comfortably, receive styling advice from our team, and finalise your selection. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early.
Absolutely — we encourage it! You may bring up to 2 guests with you to help with styling decisions. Our studio is intimate, so we kindly ask that larger groups contact us in advance so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
Our team will suggest the closest available size and assess whether minor alterations are feasible for your body measurements. If no suitable fit exists, our stylists will help you find equally stunning alternatives from the current collection.
