Project Name: urban-website

1. Introduction

The urban-website is a public-facing platform designed to showcase the creative works of a child, including school projects, comics, drawings, and technical creations. The website will also feature a blog system, an interactive Jump-'n'-Run game, and a personal introduction page to provide visitors with insight into the child's personality and thought process.

This document outlines the system requirements for the urban-website project, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its intended audience while maintaining a user-friendly, modern, and engaging experience.

2. System Overview

The urban-website will serve as a creative portfolio and interactive space for a child to share their projects with the public. The platform will include:

  • A blog system for organizing and displaying creative content in categories such as school projects, comics, and technical creations.
  • An emoji-based rating system for user interaction.
  • A personal introduction page to highlight the child's personality and interests.
  • A Jump-'n'-Run game with a school-themed narrative, point system, and levels for added engagement.

The website will be accessible to all users, with a focus on simplicity, modern design, and child-friendly functionality. It will be hosted publicly, allowing other students and visitors to explore and interact with the content.

Blog System

  • As User, I should be able to upload and categorize creative content into predefined categories (e.g., school projects, comics, technical creations).
  • As User, I should be able to edit and delete blog posts.
  • As Visitor, I should be able to browse blog posts by category.
  • As Visitor, I should be able to rate blog posts using emojis.

Personal Introduction Page

  • As User, I should be able to create and update a personal introduction page with text, images, and drawings.
  • As Visitor, I should be able to view the personal introduction page to learn more about the child.

Jump-'n'-Run Game

  • As Visitor, I should be able to play a Jump-'n'-Run game where a student jumps over obstacles to submit their homework on time.
  • As Visitor, I should be able to collect points for successfully overcoming obstacles.
  • As Visitor, I should be able to progress through levels with increasing difficulty.

4. User Personas

Admin

  • Role: The child or their guardian managing the website.
  • Responsibilities: Uploading content, managing blog posts, updating the introduction page, and monitoring the website's functionality.

Visitor

  • Role: General public, including other students, teachers, and family members.
  • Responsibilities: Browsing content, rating posts with emojis, and playing the Jump-'n'-Run game.
