This document outlines the system requirements for Tough-Shop, a professional website for Prakash Enterprises, an online cyber cafe shop based in Siwan, India. The website will serve as a digital platform to showcase government services and other cyber cafe services, allowing customers to submit requests and details. It will also feature an admin panel for managing requests and user data efficiently.

The Tough-Shop website will provide:
