This agreement is entered into as of April 10, 2026, between tidal-pdf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Provider") and the Client, regarding the provision of PDF document management and processing services including conversion, compression, merging, splitting, and AES-256 encrypted password protection.
The Provider agrees to deliver processing within 5 seconds for files up to 10 MB, with 99.9% uptime guarantee and full compliance with Indian data protection regulations.
All file uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Uploaded documents are automatically purged from servers within 24 hours of processing. The Client retains full ownership and copyright of all submitted documents.
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each calendar month, payable within 15 days. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST as per current Indian taxation regulations.
