1. Introduction

teslaspacex is a web-based investment information and submission platform for adults seeking to invest in offerings described as Tesla and SpaceX investments. The platform is intended for two active human personas:

2a. Product Interpretation and Delivery Boundary

teslaspacex is an investment-information and investment-submission website. It is not presented as an authorized Tesla, SpaceX, or affiliate service unless such authorization is verified and documented.

The website may display Tesla and SpaceX as the stated investment context only with clear affiliation-status disclosure. The system must avoid logos, imagery, copy, or visual presentation that implies corporate endorsement, partnership, custody, licensing, or ownership without evidence.

The platform uses application-owned accounts because Investors must be able to establish identity, submit an investment, receive submission confirmation, and return to continue investment activity.
