1. Preamble
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 22 April 2026, between Guna Shalini M ("Disclosing Party") and Arjun Mehta ("Receiving Party"), hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".
2. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" refers to any data or information relating to the business of the Disclosing Party that is proprietary and not generally known to the public, including but not limited to technical data, trade secrets, research, product plans, products, services, client lists, markets, software, developments, inventions, and processes.
3. Confidentiality Period
The Receiving Party agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential for a period of 3 years from the effective date of this Agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
