sunny-site System Requirements Document

1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to outline the system requirements for the "sunny-site" project. This project involves the development of a single-page website using neumorphism UI effects for an EV bike rental service. The site will feature interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.

2. System Overview

The "sunny-site" project is focused on creating a visually appealing and interactive single-page website for an EV bike rental service. The site will provide information about the rental model, showcase EV bikes with AI-generated images, and include a contact form with map view pins for addresses. The website will be developed using Angular 22 and will feature a sticky menu bar for easy navigation.

3. Functional Requirements as Story Points

  • As a User, I should be able to navigate the site using a sticky menu bar with options for Home, About, Services, and Contact.
  • As a User, I should see an interactive hero section slider displaying EV bikes and services.
  • As a User, I should be able to view AI-generated images of EV bikes with animations.
  • As a User, I should be able to view rental model details under the Services section.
  • As a User, I should be able to fill out a contact form that displays two addresses with map view pins.
  • As a Delivery Rider, I should be able to access information relevant to my role on the site.

4. User Personas

  • User: General visitors to the site looking for EV bike rental services.
  • Delivery Rider: Individuals using the site to access information and services related to their role in delivering bikes.

5. Core User Flows

  • User visits the site -> navigates using the sticky menu -> views hero section slider -> explores services -> fills out contact form.
  • Delivery Rider visits the site -> accesses delivery-specific information -> uses contact form if needed.

6. Visuals Colors and Theme

7. Signature Design Concept

The homepage will feature a dynamic, interactive slider in the hero section. This slider will showcase AI-generated images of EV bikes with smooth animations and transitions. Users can interact with the slider to view different bike models and rental services. The neumorphism UI will provide a modern, soft, and tactile feel to the site, enhancing the visual appeal. The site will use framer-motion for animations and transitions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, providing a layered depth effect as users scroll. The hero section will feature animated transitions, and hover effects will be applied to interactive elements. Internal pages will maintain a "static" interaction model for clarity and ease of use.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The website should load within 3 seconds on standard broadband connections.
  • The site should be responsive and accessible on all major browsers and devices.
  • The site should comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

10. Tech Stack

  • Frontend: Angular 22
  • AI Tools: Google Nano banana for image generation

11. Assumptions and Constraints

  • The site will use placeholder text and data for initial deployment.
  • The site will be hosted on a platform supporting Angular 22.
  • AI-generated images will be used for EV bike visuals.

12. Glossary

  • Neumorphism UI: A design trend that combines skeuomorphism and flat design, creating a soft, extruded plastic look.
  • Parallax: An effect where background images move slower than foreground images, creating a sense of depth.
  • WCAG: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, a set of recommendations for making web content more accessible.
