Build a modern, production-ready web application called “TeamFlow” for MSc Project Management students. The app must include: 1. Authentication: - Sign up / login - Secure session handling 2. AI Features: - Role suggestions based on skills - Task breakdown from project brief - Imbalance detection (overload/underuse) - “Fix team load” suggestions with preview + apply - Explain AI decisions 7. Contribution Tracking: - Based on file uploads, edits, comments, task updates - Visual indicators per user 8. Imbalance Detector: - Highlight overloaded or inactive members - Show risk score 9. File Management: - Upload and link files to tasks - Version tracking 10. Lecturer View: - Read-only access - View contributions, timeline, reports 11.
