Vinyasa, yin, and breathwork in a converted shophouse on Thonglor. Never more than twelve students. One teacher, full attention.
Sala opened in 2022 in a converted shophouse on Thonglor 13. We teach small classes — never more than twelve students — because attention is the only thing we cannot multiply. Our teachers come from different lineages but share one belief: that practice should make you more yourself, not less.
Dynamic, flowing sequences that build strength and flexibility. Sun salutations, standing poses, creative transitions.
Slow, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues. Hold gentle poses for 3–5 minutes to release tension and cultivate stillness.
