Wolf specializes in transforming ideas into EU projects, providing support to individuals, public institutions, companies, and organizations in achieving their goals through funding opportunities from EU funds and programs, as well as other financial support mechanisms such as active employment policy measures of the Croatian Employment Service (HZZ), loans and guarantees from HAMAG-BICRO, the EEA Financial Mechanism, and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.

This document outlines the requirements for developing a website that reflects Wolf's mission to simplify complex procedures and maximize the potential of EU funds for its clients. The design will emphasize a warm, approachable tone with a futuristic 3D aesthetic to resonate with individual clients and smaller organizations, while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
