Spring Cafe has become my go-to spot every weekend. The hand-brewed pour-over coffee is phenomenal — perfectly balanced, never bitter. The avocado toast with chilli flakes is a must-try. Staff is incredibly warm and the vibe feels like a hug. I brought my entire team here last week and everyone was floored.
The cold brew here is easily top-tier in Pune. Loved the wooden interiors and the soft jazz playlist. Only minor gripe — it gets a little crowded on Sunday mornings, but I suppose that speaks to how good the place is. The seasonal mango cheesecake was a pleasant surprise.
From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans wraps around you like a warm blanket. The eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce was cooked to perfection. The staff remembered my name on my second visit — that kind of personal touch is rare. Highly recommend the cardamom latte.
The quality is undeniable — fresh ingredients, lovely presentation, skilled baristas. However, the portion sizes feel a little small for the price point. A sandwich at this price should be a bit more filling. That said, the coffee is worth every rupee and the ambiance is delightful.
Strong WiFi, ample plug points, calm background music, and the best flat white I have ever had. Spring Cafe has nailed the work-from-cafe experience. The staff never rushes you and the refill policy on drip coffee is generous. I practically live here on Tuesdays and Thursdays now.
Visited on a breezy February afternoon and sat in the outdoor courtyard — absolutely gorgeous with the string lights and potted plants. The mushroom bruschetta and honey oat latte combo was divine. Service was a tad slow during peak hours but the staff made up for it with genuine warmth.
