Journeys. A visitor registers, verifies by emailed code (Resend), signs in and lands on the Home Feed with permissions applied. Staff sign in separately at /admin/login with email/username and password; Owner/Admin then manage members, VIP, groups, media, marketplace, CPA, advertising, tracking, wallet, deposits and withdrawals, and approve, reject or mark paid withdrawal requests with notes.

Defaults (labeled). Payment-manager and campaign-manager duties beyond country scoping are not detailed in this evidence; treat as country-scoped staff defaults pending Functional Requirements.

5. Core User Flows

5.1 Publish a Post

Trigger: A member wants to share content on the Home feed.

The member opens the post composer ("What's on your mind?") and chooses a format: text post, poll, single image, multiple images, or video.
For media, the member selects files (JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP for images; MP4 and supported formats for video), previews, crops or removes images, and watches upload progress; video upload offers preview, thumbnail selection, and retry on failure.
The member sets Post Privacy Settings and publishes.
The post appears in the member's My Posts and in the feeds of permitted viewers.

Branches: The member may edit or delete the post later; Share Post distributes it to others. Upload failure is recoverable via retry without losing the draft.

5.2 Consume Feed Content

Trigger: A member opens Home.

The member browses News Feed, Following Feed, Trending Posts, Latest Posts, Recommended Posts, Stories, and Saved Posts.
The member may save a post for later or share it.

5.3 Connect with Members

Trigger: A member wants to find and relate to other members.

The member discovers or searches members, or reviews Online Members, New Members, and Suggested Members.
From a Member Profile the member views that member's posts and sends a friend request, follows, or sends a message.
The recipient accepts or declines in Friend Requests; accepted connections appear under Friends, Followers, and Following.

Branches: The member may report or block a member from the profile. Member Invitations let members bring others onto the platform.

5.4 Join and Run Groups

Trigger: A member wants to participate in a community.

The member discovers groups and requests to join; Group Requests are approved, and joined groups appear under My Groups and Joined Groups.
Inside a group the member creates group posts with images or videos, and views Group Photos.
Group owners create, edit, or delete groups and send Group Invitations.

5.5 Buy and Sell in Marketplace

Trigger: A member wants to shop or list a product.

Buyer: browses or searches products, opens Product Details, adds to Shopping Cart, completes Checkout, and reviews My Orders and Order History.
Seller: creates a product listing with image or video uploads, manages it under My Listings (edit/delete), and tracks activity in the Seller Dashboard.

Branches: Buyers track purchases in the Buyer Dashboard. Sellers may edit or delete listings at any time.

5.6 Run CPA Campaigns and Track Conversions

Trigger: A marketer wants to promote offers and measure results.

The marketer creates a campaign with campaign image or video uploads and submits it for Campaign Approval.
The marketer builds Referral Links with URL/link button, message/name, value, targeted GEO (full country dropdown with multiple selection), and Get Now button.
Postback Setup configures Conversion Tracking; Postback Logs and the Tracker dashboard (Click Tracking, Conversion Tracking, Attribution Reports) report results, and reports can be exported.

Branches: A campaign rejected at approval returns to the marketer for revision.

5.7 Create and Manage Ads

Trigger: An advertiser wants paid reach.

The advertiser creates an advertisement or promotes an existing post, setting Audience Targeting including targeted GEO via the full country dropdown with multiple selection.
The advertiser creates or edits an Ad Campaign and monitors it in My Advertisements and the Ads Dashboard.

5.8 Publish and Watch Reels

Trigger: A member wants short-form video.

Creator: creates a reel with video upload and thumbnail, sets Reel Privacy, and publishes; My Reels lists it, and Reel Analytics reports performance.
Viewer: browses Reels Feed, Trending Reels, and Following Reels; likes, saves, comments on, or shares reels.

Branches: Creators edit or delete reels; Liked Reels and Saved Reels collect viewer activity.

5.9 Message and Call

Trigger: A member wants to communicate directly.

The member opens Inbox, starts a New Message or Group Chat, and sends Direct Messages with images, files, or voice messages.
The member may edit or delete a sent message.
From Online Contacts the member places an Audio Call or Video Call; Call History records past calls.

The member opens All Notifications, optionally uses Mark All as Read, and adjusts Notification Settings.

5.11 Manage Wallet and Payments

Trigger: A member wants to move money.

The member creates an account and adds a Payment Account using the full country dropdown with multiple selection.
The member deposits funds (Confirm & Deposit) or requests Withdrawal Funds.
Transaction History, Earnings, Payment Receipts, and Payment Settings track and configure activity.

Branches: Payment accounts can be edited or deleted.

5.12 Maintain Profile and Account Security

Trigger: A member wants to update identity or protect the account.

The member edits personal information, uploads or changes Profile Photo and Cover Photo, and reviews My Posts, My Photos, My Videos, My Reels, My Followers, My Following, My Groups, and My Marketplace Listings.
The member adjusts Birthday Settings and Privacy Settings.
For security, the member changes email, phone number, or password, enables Two-Factor Authentication, reviews Active Sessions, and logs out from other devices.

Branches: Forgot Password recovers access; Report a Problem raises an issue.

The Admin workspace manages members, VIP showcase, groups, media, advertising, CPA, payments, notifications, security, and feature switches.
The Owner/Admin workspace additionally manages extended Admin, moderator, creator, and subscriber roles.

5.16 Manage Members

Trigger: An administrator needs to review or act on a member account.

The administrator opens All Members and locates a member via View Member Profile, or filters by Country, Registration Date, Active/Inactive, or Verified/Unverified.
The administrator acts on the account: Add New Member, Edit Member, Delete Member, Block/Unblock, Suspend/Restore, Change Member Role, or Reset Member Password through the secure reset process.
The administrator reviews Member Activity, Member Posts, Member Payments, and Member Reports, may Send Message or Send Alert for wrong use, and saves changes.
Member Records can be exported.

5.17 Curate VIP Showcase

Trigger: An administrator needs to maintain premium profiles.

From the VIP Dashboard the administrator adds, edits, or deletes a VIP Profile, uploading Profile Photo, Cover Photo, VIP Images, and VIP Videos.
VIP Search and Categories organize the showcase.

5.18 Moderate Groups and Media

Trigger: An administrator needs to govern community content.

The administrator adds a group, sets it Public or Private, uploads a Group Cover, adds or removes members, and manages Group Images and Videos.
The administrator blocks a group or its members, and publishes/unpublishes or approves/rejects content.
For posts, the administrator uploads multiple images and a Post Thumbnail, edits captions, manages hashtags, schedules posts, and manages comments.
The Media Library tracks Storage Usage (local and Convex) and Content Categories; changes are saved.

5.19 Manage Marketplace and Advertising

Trigger: An administrator needs to oversee listings and ad inventory.

From the Marketplace Dashboard the administrator reviews All Products and adds, edits, or deletes products with image or video uploads.
The administrator reviews All Advertisements, adds or deletes advertisements with Ad Image or Ad Video uploads, schedules ads, approves/rejects, pauses/resumes, blocks campaigns, and reviews Ad Analytics.

5.20 Process Payments

Trigger: An administrator needs to settle member money movement.

The administrator maintains Payment Methods (local and global) with add, edit, and delete.
For deposits, the administrator reviews Deposit Requests by status (Pending, Approved, Rejected), opens Deposit Request Details (Member Information, Payment Provider, Account Name, Country, Phone Number, Deposit Amount, Currency, Transaction Reference, Payment Receipt), verifies payment, then approves or rejects with Admin Notes; Deposit Approval History and Block Approvals record outcomes.
For withdrawals, the administrator maintains Withdrawal Rules (add, edit, delete) and reviews requests showing Country, Payment Method, Recipient Account, and Transaction Reference, then approves, rejects, or marks as paid with Admin Notes; Withdrawal History records outcomes.

5.21 Operate Email, Birthday, and Push Messaging

Trigger: An administrator needs to reach members.

The Email Dashboard lists All Email Logs (Verification, Password Reset, Birthday); the administrator retries failed emails, resends emails, manages Email Templates (add, edit, delete), sets Sender Name and Sender Email, and reviews Email Delivery Reports.
The Birthday Dashboard manages Birthday Rules and Templates, Automatic Birthday Sending, Member Opt-in/Opt-out, Scheduled Birthday Messages, and Retry Failed Messages.
The Push Notification Dashboard adds, edits, deletes, sends, and schedules notifications targeting All Members, Selected Members, Country-wise, Topic-wise, or by Device; Delivery Status, Failed Notifications, Retry Notifications, and Notification History track results.

5.22 Configure LiveKit, Games, and App Settings

Trigger: An administrator needs to change platform configuration.

The administrator adds, edits, or deletes LiveKit Configurations and runs a Connection Test.

5.23 Govern Admin Users and Security

Trigger: An owner needs to control administrative access and audit activity.

The owner reviews All Admin Users and adds, edits, or deletes admins, setting Admin Name, Email, Username, Role, Profile Photo, and Country, and Assign Permissions.
The owner activates/deactivates admins, resets passwords through secure recovery, and reviews Admin Login History and Admin Activity.
The Security Dashboard surfaces Admin Login Logs, Member Login Logs, Failed Login Attempts, and Suspicious Activity.

5.24 Maintain Country and Country Staff Records

Trigger: An administrator needs to keep the country database and its assigned staff current.

The administrator opens the full country database (All Countries) and adds, edits, or deletes a country, maintaining Country Name, Country Flag, ISO Alpha-2 Code, ISO Alpha-3 Code, International Calling Code, Currency Code, Currency Name, Country Timezone, and Country Status.
Under Country Staff the administrator assigns staff to a country, edits or deletes country staff assignments, and saves changes.

5.25 Manage Postbacks and Ad Networks

Trigger: An administrator or marketer needs conversion callbacks and network connections to work.

From the Postback Dashboard the administrator adds, edits, or deletes a postback, runs Postback Test, and reviews Failed Postbacks, using Retry Postbacks to recover failed deliveries.
The administrator adds, edits, or deletes a network, maintaining Account Name, Account Email, Publisher ID, Website/Domain, Tracking URL, Postback URL, Ad Placement, Ad Unit ID, Script/Integration Configuration (code/html/php/json/script in header or body of the website), API Credentials where supported, Revenue Reports, and Network Status, and enables or disables the network.

5.26 Configure Branding and Two-Factor Security

Trigger: An owner or administrator needs to change app identity or harden privileged access.

From the Integration Dashboard the administrator adds, edits, or deletes an integration, maintaining Integration Name, Platform Name, Platform Category, Website Name, and Website URL, and disconnects or saves changes.
The administrator adds, edits, or deletes a traffic partner and uses the Referral URL Generator, Tracking Link Generator, and Postback URL creation.
The administrator revokes tokens or rotates secrets to secure the connection.

Cross-cutting: The shared country database (195 countries and territories, with name, ISO code, calling code, currency code and name, and local/global payment availability) backs registration, profile editing, phone setup, payment accounts, and ad and CPA targeting. Desktop uses a three-column dashboard; mobile uses fixed bottom navigation across all 16 main destinations, with top navigation for search, notifications, messages, and account access.

6.1 Visual System

AdsBook runs one consistent dark-neon design across the public home page, signup, sign-in, member dashboard, profile, games and administration. The muse is Gleb Kuznetsov: cinematic dark UI, glowing panels, premium and future-facing.

Typography — headings Space Grotesk, 500–700, wide geometric; body Manrope; 1.25 modular scale 40/32/24/18/16; hero headline clamp(40px, 7vw, 96px). Uppercase micro-labels at 10px with 0.16em tracking sit above every panel title. Data rows and wallet/earnings figures use monospace numerals.

Layout — fixed top bar (logo, Home, Search, Members, VIP, Groups, plus search, notifications, messages and account access with unread count badges); three desktop columns at 280px / fluid / 320px; two-column tablet; single-column mobile feed. The permanent 16-button bottom bar is mandatory on mobile and desktop, centered and spaced on desktop, compact icons and labels with horizontal scrolling on mobile, responsive compact on tablet. Active destination carries a glowing cyan/violet indicator. The bottom menu must not cover page content or interfere with forms, drawers or upload controls, and stays accessible while scrolling.

Branding — original AdsBook logo and favicon, desktop/mobile/app icons; the logo links to Home; no other branding.

Imagery — one abstract 3D data sphere in the hero; glowing particle fields and holographic product cards elsewhere. No flat clip art.

Readability guard — headlines, wordmarks, labels, numbers, card text and controls stay whole inside the viewport and their container at 375px, 768px and 1280px, wrapping or scaling to fit; nothing covers them. Imagery and decoration may bleed, crop or overlap freely. The horizontally scrollable 16-button bar may cross the viewport edge by design; every item becomes fully readable as it scrolls, and under reduced motion it wraps or scrolls so each item can be brought fully into view.

Defaults (labeled) — the hex values, font families and scale above are the creative direction's tokens; no user-specified colours or fonts were supplied, so these stand as the project palette.

Neon Social Dashboard — a cinematic dark stage where glass panels float on black-violet, lit by cyan and magenta edges. The product promise, Connect · Share · Promote · Earn · Play, is carried by colour logic rather than decoration: cyan is where you are and what you can act on, magenta is what you earn and who is VIP.

Signature moves

The permanent 16-button bottom bar with a cyan glow underline that slides to the active item — the app's spine, present on every screen.
A 3D data sphere in the hero that turns with scroll and lights the left column in cyan.
Glass post cards with a 1px magenta top edge and a hairline cyan divider under the author row (author and avatar, time and privacy, three-dot menu, text and media).

Public entry composition — full-bleed dark scene; the orbiting 3D data sphere occupies the right 60% of the viewport; a stacked uppercase headline sits left at clamp(40px, 7vw, 96px) over a cyan glow line; the sign-up button is a magenta pill under the headline. Landing Hero Motion Brief

Focal subject: the abstract 3D data sphere, right 60% of the viewport, over the black-violet ground.

Thesis — input: the visitor scrolls or moves the pointer across the hero. Transformation: the sphere turns slowly on its own orbit and answers scroll with parallax rotation, its cyan light sweeping across the left column and the glow line under the headline. Outcome: the headline, Get Now magenta pill and sign-in link stay fully readable and still while the scene moves around them, establishing the product as fast, premium and future-facing before any click.

Motion vocabulary: slow orbit, light sweeps, scroll-linked parallax on panels, 180ms glow raise on hover, sliding cyan underline on the 16-button bar.

Composed first frame: sphere at rest at right, headline stack left, cyan glow line lit, magenta pill beneath it, top bar fixed.

Reduced-motion state: the sphere holds a single still frame, parallax and orbit stop, hover glow becomes an instant state change, and the 16-button bar wraps or scrolls so every item can be brought fully into view.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

All buttons must have real destinations and working actions.

No dead links, fake buttons or unfinished pages.

Members must not see Owner/Admin-only controls.

Private credentials must be stored server-side and masked in the Admin interface. Do not expose API secrets to the frontend.

Important: Use official provider integrations and policies. Store credentials securely. Do not expose secret keys or insert arbitrary third-party scripts without validation and authorization.

Audit rule: Original tracking events should be immutable. Corrections must be recorded as adjustments; deletion should be restricted and logged rather than silently rewriting historical data.

Role assignment must be permission-controlled. A staff user must not be able to grant themselves Owner privileges.

Important: Never store all credentials as plain text or allow arbitrary API URLs and scripts to execute without validation. Use server-side secret storage, HTTPS, signed webhooks, allowlists where appropriate and per-integration permissions.

Android / iOS / Web

Use a searchable full country dropdown, shared with the member profile, registration, advertising, CPA and payment systems. Avoid duplicate country records and validate ISO codes.

Only use officially supported APIs and OAuth scopes. Each integration should show whether it supports login, sharing, publishing, analytics or messaging; not every platform supports every operation.

Admin recovery must not use the public member account-recovery flow to grant staff access.

Never redirect members to the obsolete /app/auth?returnTo=/__classic route.
