Snowy-News is a digital newsletter platform designed to celebrate school achievements, particularly focusing on news articles and school sports victories. The platform will provide a vibrant, engaging, and user-friendly interface for students, teachers, and parents to stay updated on school events and accomplishments. This document outlines the requirements for the development of the Snowy-News project.

2. System Overview

Snowy-News will serve as a centralized hub for publishing and sharing school-related news. The system will allow users to:

• Create, edit, and publish news articles.
• Highlight sports victories with photos, scores, and player interviews.
• Offer a visually appealing and interactive experience for readers.
• Ensure easy navigation and accessibility for all user types.

Additional features:

• Hover Effects: Hovering over sections will reveal subtle animations, such as glowing borders or expanding cards.
• Dynamic Background: A subtle snowfall animation will play in the background, reinforcing the "Snowy-News" theme.
• Interactive Timeline: A scrolling timeline at the bottom of the page will showcase past victories and milestones.

This design will create a memorable first impression and encourage users to explore the platform further.
