Build a modern, mobile-first AI product comparison web app. APP CONCEPT: Users upload one product image. The AI identifies the exact product and searches supported e-commerce marketplaces for the same product. Show ONLY currently available products. Sort results by LOWEST PRICE first. CORE FLOW: 1. Homepage with a large “Upload Product Image” section. 2. User can upload or capture a product image. 3. AI analyzes the image and identifies: * Brand * Product name * Model number * SKU/UPC/EAN if available * Category * Variant * Color * Size/storage/capacity * Key specifications 4. Generate search queries from the identified product information. 5. Search supported e-commerce sources such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, Croma, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa and other available sources/APIs. 6. Match results against the identified product using brand, model number, SKU/EAN, specifications, title and image similarity. 7. Clearly distinguish: * Exact Match * High-confidence Match * Similar Product 8. NEVER treat a visually similar product as an exact product without sufficient evidence. AVAILABILITY RULE: Only show products that are currently available/in stock. Do NOT show unavailable, discontinued or out-of-stock products in the main comparison list. If no marketplace has the product available, clearly show: “No currently available matching product found.” PRICE-FIRST UI: The product price must be the largest and most prominent information on every comparison card. Sort available products: 1. Lowest current price 2. Exact match confidence 3. Seller/product trust signals Each card should display: * LARGE current price * Marketplace name * Product image * Availability * Exact match percentage * Rating * Review count * Seller name * Warranty if available * Delivery information if available * “View Product” button Show: “Lowest Available Price” at the top. Also calculate: * Highest available price * Average available price * Amount saved compared with the highest available price PRODUCT DETAILS: After the comparison list, show: * Product overview * Key specifications * Pros * Cons * Common customer complaints * Common positive feedback * Warranty information * Return policy when available REVIEW AI: Analyze available customer reviews and summarize: * What customers like * Common complaints * Quality concerns * Frequently mentioned problems * Rating distribution * Recent review trends when data is available TRUST ANALYSIS: Do not claim that a product or seller is “genuine” without evidence. Instead show transparent trust indicators: * Official/brand seller status when verifiable * Seller rating * Number of seller reviews * Warranty availability * Model/SKU consistency * Specification consistency * Price anomaly * Return policy * Marketplace verification signals Display trust as: 🟢 Strong evidence 🟡 Some caution 🔴 Important mismatch VALUE ANALYSIS: Create a transparent “Is it worth the price?” section based on: * Current price * Market price comparison * Rating * Review volume * Specifications * Warranty * Seller signals * Pros and cons Do not make unsupported claims. Explain the reasons behind the value assessment. SEARCH / FILTERS: Allow users to filter by: * Marketplace * Price range * Rating * Exact match confidence * Availability * Seller type Allow sorting by: * Lowest price * Highest rating * Best match * Most reviews DATABASE: Use a structured database for: Users Searches Uploaded images Identified products Product variants Marketplace listings Prices Availability Sellers Ratings Reviews Product matches Price history Saved products PRICE HISTORY: Store previous prices when possible and show a simple price-history chart. Allow users to see whether the current price is lower, higher or around the recent average. WATCHLIST: Allow users to save products. Add a “Track Price” option. When price tracking is supported, notify the user when the price drops. ERROR / LOADING STATES: Show a beautiful AI scanning animation after image upload: “Analyzing product…” “Identifying model…” “Finding matching products…” “Checking availability…” “Comparing prices…” “Analyzing reviews…” Handle: * Invalid image * Product not recognized * No exact match * No available product * Marketplace unavailable * API failure * Network failure * Missing product information SECURITY: Never expose API keys in frontend code. Use secure server-side/API integrations where supported. Validate uploaded files and user inputs. DESIGN: Premium modern e-commerce/AI interface. Clean white/neutral background. Large product image. Very large price typography. Minimal cards. Rounded corners. Subtle shadows. Smooth animations. Excellent mobile responsiveness. Dark mode support. HOMEPAGE COPY: “Upload a Product. Find the Best Available Price.” Subtitle: “Upload one image and compare the same product across multiple stores.” Primary button: “Upload Product Image” After results: “Best Available Prices” Price cards should visually prioritize: ₹ PRICE Marketplace Availability Rating Match confidence Do not clutter the first screen with unnecessary information. IMPORTANT: Build the application architecture so additional marketplaces can be added later without rewriting the entire system. If a marketplace does not provide reliable real-time availability or pricing data through an authorized API/integration, clearly label the data as unavailable rather than inventing or estimating it. Build this as a functional application, not just a static mockup. Prioritize a working product-search/comparison workflow and responsive UI.
