The shiny-asian project aims to create a vibrant and engaging website for an Asian restaurant based in Pakistan. The website will serve as a central hub for showcasing the restaurant's menu, enabling online orders, facilitating reservations, and providing an immersive experience that reflects the rich flavors and ambiance of Asian cuisine.

This document outlines the system requirements for the shiny-asian project, ensuring the website meets the needs of its users and aligns with BLU's vision for a mix of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The shiny-asian website will be a multi-functional platform designed to cater to diverse user needs. It will include:

• A visually stunning homepage that captures the essence of Asian culture and cuisine.
• A menu page showcasing dishes with detailed descriptions and images.
• An online ordering system for customers to place orders conveniently.
• A reservation system for booking tables.
• A gallery to highlight the restaurant's ambiance and culinary artistry.

The system will prioritize user-friendly navigation, responsiveness across devices, and seamless integration of functional components.

Concept: Interactive Lantern Festival Homepage

The homepage will immerse users in a virtual Asian lantern festival. As users scroll, they will navigate through a dynamic scene filled with floating lanterns that gently sway and glow. Each lantern represents a section of the website (e.g., Menu, Orders, Reservations, Gallery, Reviews).

Details:

• Animations: Lanterns will glow softly and rise as users hover over them. Clicking a lantern will transition to the corresponding page with a smooth fade effect.
• Transitions: The background will subtly shift colors (from deep red to golden hues) as users scroll, creating a sense of movement and ambiance.
• Micro-interactions: Lanterns will emit a soft sound (like a chime) when clicked, enhancing the sensory experience.
• User Experience: The design will feel immersive, inviting, and unforgettable, leaving users with a lasting impression of the restaurant's cultural richness.
