1. Introduction

Welcome to the Coffeemonster System Requirements Document (SRD). This document outlines the functional and non-functional requirements for the development of the Coffeemonster application, a platform designed to provide counseling, online tutoring, typing services, and café services. The project aims to create a welcoming and professional environment for users in Pakistan (PK), with a light pink and white theme to evoke comfort and productivity.

This document also includes features for approving individuals who wish to work with Coffeemonster, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users.

2. System Overview

The Coffeemonster application will serve as a multi-functional platform with the following core sections:

1. Counseling Services: Users can book sessions, chat live with counselors, and view professional profiles.
2. Online Tutoring: A space for users to connect with tutors, book sessions, and access live video/chat features.
3. Typing Services: Users can upload documents for typing, calculate pricing, and track delivery timelines.
4. Café Services: Users can browse the café menu, place orders, and book tables for in-person meetups.

Additionally, the platform will include a Work With Us section where potential service providers can apply to join the team. The approval process will involve both document reviews and interviews to ensure only the most qualified individuals are selected.

The Coffeemonster homepage will immerse users in an animated coffeehouse universe that ties together the app’s services in a visually stunning and interactive way.

Key Features:

1. Interactive Coffee Monster Mascot: A playful coffee monster mascot will greet users on the homepage, guiding them to different sections of the app. The mascot will animate (e.g., sipping coffee, typing on a laptop, or holding a book) based on the section selected.
2. Dynamic Coffee Steam Navigation: The homepage will feature a steaming coffee cup, with the steam forming icons for the four services (counseling, tutoring, typing, café). Clicking on an icon will navigate users to the respective section.
3. Ambient Coffeehouse Sounds: Subtle background sounds of a coffeehouse (clinking cups, soft music, and light chatter) will create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
4. Hover Animations: Buttons and icons will have hover effects, such as rippling coffee or swirling steam, to enhance interactivity.
