Signature Design Concept
The homepage of the "shadow-bot" project will feature an interactive galaxy map where each star represents a different feature or section of the hotel website. Users can click on a star to open a detailed view of that feature, drag to rotate the galaxy, and hover to highlight connections between features. This concept will be implemented using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei for a 3D interactive experience.
Landing Hero Motion Brief
The landing hero will depict a seamless transition from a guest's initial search for a room to the final booking confirmation. The animation will start with a search bar where users input their preferences, followed by a visual journey through the hotel, showcasing rooms and amenities. The final scene will show a booking confirmation, emphasizing the ease and satisfaction of the booking process. This will be achieved using motion/react for smooth transitions and animations.
Interaction Model & Motion Direction
- Intended Interaction Model: Animated
- The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions, with spring physics applied to interactive elements. This approach will enhance the user experience by providing a polished and engaging interface.
Non-Functional Requirements
- The website must load within 3 seconds on standard broadband connections.
- The website must be accessible and comply with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- The website should support multiple languages, including English and Hindi.
