Tambahkan headline utama seperti: “Crafted to Last. Designed to Lead.” Tambahkan slogan brand seperti “Elegance in Every Step” untuk memperkuat identitas ARDANO. 2. Kategori produk meliputi: - Formal Leather Shoes - Loafers - Derby Shoes - Oxford Shoes - Leather Boots - Casual Leather Shoes - Leather Accessories Sediakan fitur filter berdasarkan kategori, ukuran sepatu, warna, harga, dan jenis material. Gunakan headline seperti: “More Than Shoes, A Statement of Character.” 5. Halaman Craftsmanship dan Kualitas Buat halaman khusus untuk menjelaskan proses pembuatan sepatu kulit ARDANO, mulai dari pemilihan material, desain, pemotongan kulit, proses penjahitan, perakitan, finishing, hingga pemeriksaan kualitas. Gunakan foto close-up tekstur kulit, jahitan, sol, dan proses pengerjaan. 8. Halaman Artikel dan Journal Buat halaman editorial bernama “ARDANO Journal” yang memuat artikel tentang perawatan sepatu kulit, panduan memilih sepatu formal, tips berpakaian elegan, tren fashion pria, cara memadukan sepatu dengan pakaian, dan edukasi mengenai material kulit. Tampilan artikel dibuat seperti majalah fashion premium dengan foto editorial berkualitas tinggi, tipografi elegan, dan tata letak minimalis. 9. 11. Footer Website Buat footer yang elegan berisi logo ARDANO, deskripsi singkat brand, navigasi utama, kategori produk, kontak perusahaan, media sosial, kebijakan privasi, syarat dan ketentuan, serta kebijakan pengembalian barang. Tambahkan identitas perusahaan dengan format: “ARDANO — A Leather Footwear Brand by ARDINA Karya Nusantara.” 12.

System Requirements

System Requirements Document for sepatu-kulit-ardano

1. Introduction

sepatu-kulit-ardano is the digital home of ARDANO, a premium leather footwear brand operating under the company ARDINA Karya Nusantara. The product intent is a single website that functions simultaneously as a corporate company profile and a functional online store for premium leather shoes, presenting ARDANO as an exclusive, professional, trustworthy brand that embodies craftsmanship and the luxury of leather goods.

The audience is Indonesian and international buyers of premium leather footwear — professionals, grooms, gift-buyers, and B2B partners (distributors, resellers, retailers) — who expect an elegant, classy, timeless, and modern shopping experience, plus a clear corporate identity for the parent company ARDINA Karya Nusantara.

The site must feel exclusive and premium, communicate craftsmanship and quality, present a strong brand identity, offer an attractive product catalog, provide clear company information, and deliver a comfortable shopping experience — while never presenting unconnected features as if they were live.

2. System Overview

The system is a responsive web application combining a public corporate/brand presence with a working e-commerce storefront. Current delivery covers:

  • A public brand and corporate surface (Homepage, Tentang Kami, Craftsmanship dan Kualitas, Corporate atau Profil Perusahaan, ARDANO Journal, Kontak, Promo dan Koleksi Eksklusif).
  • A shopping surface (Produk atau Shop, Detail Produk, Checkout, Wishlist, Account).
  • Application-owned customer identity (Sign Up, Login) enabling wishlist, order history, tracking, and reviews.
  • A backend supporting accounts, catalog, stock, cart, checkout, orders, wishlist, reviews, and shipping status.
  • Payment and shipping integrations that must be configured before being shown as active.

Actors: Shopper / Customer, Registered Customer, Business Partner / Distributor Prospect, Journal Reader. External systems (payment provider, shipping/logistics provider, WhatsApp, email, social/marketplace links) are non-persona actors.

Narrow exclusions and boundaries: No fabricated company claims, addresses, phone numbers, or social handles — placeholders are used where company data is not yet available. No claims about leather type, production technique, or specific quality standards before that information is genuinely available from the company. Features requiring backend or external integration must not be displayed as active when not connected.

2a. Product Interpretation and Delivery Boundary

ARDANO is delivered as a first-party website owned and operated by the brand. Public brand, corporate, editorial, and catalog browsing surfaces are openly reachable. Customer identity is application-owned: a visitor may browse and add to cart, but wishlist, order history, order tracking, and review submission require a signed-in customer account. Checkout requires a signed-in customer so that the order, payment, and shipping commitment remain bound to the correct person.

Payment and shipping are provider-owned capabilities. Until a provider is configured, the corresponding controls must be presented truthfully as not yet active rather than as working features. WhatsApp, business email, office/showroom address, operating hours, and social/marketplace links are external destinations; where the company has not supplied real data, the interface shows a clearly marked placeholder instead of invented details.

Current scope is the full set of pages and e-commerce behaviors described in this document. No future-horizon features are committed here beyond what the source requests.

2b. Source Content Inventory

Not applicable — no reference directive with content_source authority was supplied. All product facts, categories, labels, and copy in this document derive from the authoritative user requirement thread.

4. User Personas

Shopper / Customer

A visitor exploring ARDANO's leather footwear catalog, often arriving from search, social, or a shared link. Their product context is discovery and evaluation: they browse the premium grid, filter by category, size, color, price, and material, search for a specific shoe, and sort by price. Their primary goal is to find a suitable premium leather shoe and complete a purchase with clear shipping information. Distinct responsibilities: browsing the catalog, opening product detail to inspect multi-angle photography, size guide, material, shipping estimate, and care information, selecting size and color, adding to cart, and proceeding to checkout. They interact with the Registered Customer state only when they choose to save a wishlist item or check out, at which point they are routed to Login or Sign Up. Observable success: they find a matching product and complete checkout with a confirmed order.

Registered Customer

A customer with an ARDANO account who has moved beyond one-off browsing. Their product context is ownership and after-purchase management: they return to review order history, track shipping, keep a wishlist of favorites, and write product reviews. Their primary goal is to monitor their purchases and contribute reviews that help other buyers. Distinct responsibilities: signing in, managing wishlist items, reviewing past orders and tracking status, and submitting reviews. They interact with the Shopper / Customer state when they continue browsing and add new items, and with the brand through order and review records. Observable success: they can see their order history and tracking, and their review appears with the product.

Business Partner / Distributor Prospect

A distributor, reseller, retailer, or business partner evaluating ARDINA Karya Nusantara as a commercial counterpart. Their product context is corporate due diligence rather than personal shopping: they read the corporate profile, business fields, business philosophy, company values, and ARDANO brand development, and they assess partnership opportunities. Their primary goal is to open a partnership conversation with the company. Distinct responsibilities: reviewing corporate and brand information, evaluating partnership fit, and submitting a Business Inquiry through the company contact form. They interact with the brand through the inquiry and its confirmation. Observable success: their inquiry is submitted and confirmed, and they await a company response.

Journal Reader

A reader who comes to ARDANO Journal for editorial content: leather shoe care, choosing formal shoes, elegant dressing tips, men's fashion trends, pairing shoes with outfits, and leather material education. Their product context is knowledge and brand appreciation rather than immediate purchase. Their primary goal is to gain useful, well-presented information in a premium magazine format. Distinct responsibilities: browsing the article index, reading articles, and moving between editorial and shopping surfaces. They interact with the brand by consuming editorial content and may transition into the Shopper / Customer journey. Observable success: they read the article they came for and can continue to related content or the catalog.

5. Core User Flows

Flow 1 — Shopper / Customer discovers and buys a product

  1. The Shopper / Customer opens the Homepage and sees the hero banner with the ARDANO logo, the headline "Crafted to Last. Designed to Lead.", the subheadline, and the slogan "Elegance in Every Step".
  2. They select "Jelajahi Koleksi" and arrive at Produk atau Shop, where the premium grid renders product cards with photo, name, price, color options, and the buttons "Lihat Detail" and "Tambah ke Keranjang".
  3. They narrow the catalog using filters for category, shoe size, color, price, and material type, use search for a specific shoe, and sort by price. If no product matches, the grid shows an empty state with a reset action and they clear the filters.
  4. They identify a product by its "Best Seller", "New Arrival", or "Limited Collection" label and select "Lihat Detail".
  5. On Detail Produk they inspect the multi-angle photography (front, side, back, sole, stitching detail), read the name, price, elegant description, material type, size guide, shipping estimate, and shoe care information, and review customer reviews, rating, and similar-product recommendations.
  6. They select size and color. If the combination is unavailable, the purchase action is blocked with a clear message and they choose another variant.
  7. They select "Tambah ke Keranjang" (or "Beli Sekarang" to go straight to checkout). The cart reflects the selected variant.
  8. They proceed to Checkout, review the cart with size and color per line and the stock information, choose a supported payment method, and enter shipping information. If payment or shipping is not yet configured, the affected control is shown as not yet active rather than as working.
  9. They place the order. On success they receive an order confirmation with an order reference. On failure they see the reason and can retry payment or correct their information.
  10. Continuation: they can open Account to review the order, or return to Produk atau Shop to keep browsing.

Flow 2 — Shopper / Customer saves a favorite and returns to it

  1. From Produk atau Shop or Detail Produk, the Shopper / Customer selects "Wishlist".
  2. Because wishlist is account-bound, they are routed to Login. If they have no account, they go to Sign Up, create their account, and are signed in.
  3. After verification they are returned to the product, and the product is saved to their wishlist.
  4. They open Wishlist and review their saved products.
  5. They move a saved product to the cart or remove it.
  6. Continuation: they proceed to Checkout with the moved item, or continue browsing.

Flow 3 — Registered Customer reviews orders and tracking

  1. The Registered Customer opens Login and verifies their identity.
  2. They arrive at Account and see their order history.
  3. They open an order and review its details and shipping/tracking status. Where the shipping provider has not supplied tracking, the status is shown truthfully as not yet available.
  4. If the history fails to load, they see a retry and can try again.
  5. Continuation: they return to Produk atau Shop to shop again, or open Wishlist.

Flow 4 — Registered Customer writes a product review

  1. From Account or the catalog, the Registered Customer opens a product's Detail Produk page.

  4. Continuation: they read other reviews or open a recommended product.

Flow 5 — Business Partner / Distributor Prospect evaluates and inquires

  1. The Business Partner / Distributor Prospect opens the Homepage and selects "Tentang ARDANO" to read the brand story, philosophy, vision, mission, and the values of quality, integrity, innovation, and craftsmanship.

  3. They open Corporate atau Profil Perusahaan and read ARDINA Karya Nusantara's profile, business fields, business philosophy, company values, ARDANO brand development, and partnership opportunities with distributors, resellers, retailers, and business partners.
  4. They select "Business Inquiry" / "Kerja Sama Bisnis", which leads them to the company contact form on Kontak.
  5. They complete and submit the inquiry. On success they receive a confirmation. On failure they see the reason and can correct and resubmit.

  2. They open an article and read it in the premium magazine layout with editorial photography, elegant typography, and minimalist layout.
  3. If no articles are published, they see a neutral message instead of an empty layout.
  4. Continuation: they open another article or move to Produk atau Shop to explore products related to what they read.

Flow 7 — Shopper / Customer checks a promotion

  1. The Shopper / Customer opens Promo dan Koleksi Eksklusif and sees latest collections, featured products, special offers, bundling packages, and limited-edition collections if available.
  2. Each promo shows its clear price, promo period, and applicable terms.
  3. If no promos are active, they see a neutral brand message.
  4. They open a promo's product and continue into Detail Produk and the purchase flow.

  1. The visitor opens Kontak and sees the message form, business email, WhatsApp number, office or showroom address if available, operating hours, and social links (Instagram, TikTok, official marketplace).
  2. Where company information is not yet available, they see a clearly marked placeholder — never a fabricated address, phone number, or social account.
  3. They use the prominent WhatsApp button to ask about products, sizes, stock availability, or ordering, or they submit the message form.
  4. On submission success they receive a confirmation; on failure they see the reason and can correct and resubmit.
  5. Continuation: they continue the conversation in WhatsApp or await a reply.

6. Visuals Colors and Theme

The creative direction is Editorial luxury with swagger — oversized serif type on an espresso ground, one gold accent, nothing else. Muse: Tobias van Schneider. Headline: "Crafted to Last. Designed to Lead." set as the largest thing on screen.

Colour tokens (dark mode, authoritative):

RoleHexUsage
Background#14100DEspresso-black ground on every page
Surface#1F1915Cards, footer, product panels
Text#F4EFE6Ivory — the only body colour
Primary#C9A227Antique gold: ARDANO wordmark, horizontal rules, active nav underline, price figures, CTA border/fill
Accent#B87333Copper: hover states, "Best Seller" labels, craftsmanship thread-line motif
Muted#8A7E70Metadata, captions, disabled states, hairline borders

Beige/ivory appears as full-bleed paper sections on the Journal and Tentang Kami pages, flipping text to espresso #14100D on ivory #F4EFE6. Gold is never more than roughly 5% of any screen.

Typography: Headings Playfair Display at 700/900 weight, tight leading (0.95–1.05), slight negative tracking (-0.02em); sentence case for editorial headlines, ALL-CAPS with wide tracking (+0.18em) for section eyebrows and product category labels. Body Montserrat 400/500 at 16–18px with line-height 1.7; Montserrat 600 in ALL-CAPS with +0.14em tracking for buttons, nav, and price labels. Prices and size numbers use Montserrat 600 with tabular numerals.

Type scale (1.333 modular, mobile-first): 44 / 32 / 24 / 18 / 16 / 13 px. Desktop display sizes: hero headline clamp(44px, 9vw, 128px); page headline clamp(36px, 6vw, 84px); section headline clamp(28px, 4vw, 52px); product name 20px; price 18px; body 17px; caption/eyebrow 12px. Headline line-height 0.98 on display sizes, 1.2 on section sizes.

Shape language: Sharp corners everywhere — 0px radius on cards, buttons, images, and inputs. Hairline 1px rules in gold or muted taupe act as section dividers and grid markers. Buttons are rectangular blocks with 1px gold borders that fill solid gold on hover with espresso text. Product cards are borderless: the photograph bleeds to the card edge, and the name/price sit beneath on the espresso ground with a 1px top rule. Occasional asymmetric gestures: a full-bleed image bleeding off the right edge, a gold rule extending past the text column, a rotated "Elegance in Every Step" wordmark running vertically along a section edge. No pills, no rounded chips, no soft shadows — depth comes from photography and rule weight.

Spacing rhythm: 12-column desktop grid; content occupies columns 1–7 with the remaining columns holding a full-bleed image or negative space. Mobile collapses to a single column with 24px side margins. Generous whitespace so products read as luxurious.

Imagery style: Large-scale editorial photography only — single leather shoes and pairs shot in cinematic low-key light against dark wood, natural stone, or neutral seamless grounds; macro shots of grain, welt stitching, and sole edges; workshop imagery of hands, tools, and benches in warm tungsten light. Monochrome and warm-graded, never bright or saturated. Images are full-bleed or cropped hard to the grid. Journal articles use magazine-style editorial crops (portrait 4:5 for features, 3:2 for inline). No stock people, no gradient blobs, no 3D renders, no clip art. Where a photograph is not yet available, use a solid espresso panel with a gold hairline frame and a small caps caption — never a grey placeholder box.

7. Signature Design Concept

The public entry is a full-viewport (100vh, min 640px) espresso-black hero built as an editorial magazine spread rather than a product tile.

  • The dominant element is a single cinematic photograph of an ARDANO leather shoe placed on the right two-thirds of the frame, bleeding off the right and bottom edges, lit from the upper left so grain and welt stitching read clearly against a dark wood ground.
  • On the left third, sitting directly on the espresso ground rather than on a card, the ARDANO wordmark is set in Playfair Display 900 at clamp(44px, 9vw, 128px), stacked in three lines with tight leading, in ivory, with a single gold hairline rule beneath it.
  • Below the wordmark: the headline "Crafted to Last. Designed to Lead." in Playfair Display 700 at clamp(28px, 3.6vw, 52px), then the Indonesian subheadline in Montserrat 400 at 17px in muted taupe, then two rectangular CTAs side by side — "Jelajahi Koleksi" as a solid gold block with espresso text, "Tentang ARDANO" as a 1px gold-bordered transparent block with ivory text.
  • A thin vertical "ELEGANCE IN EVERY STEP" caption in wide-tracked caps runs up the far right edge.
  • On mobile the photograph becomes the full-bleed background at 60% opacity under an espresso scrim, and the type stack sits above it with 24px margins, headline first, wordmark second.

No centred text, no gradient blob, no floating card, no blue button. The concept recomposes only accepted content, states, and controls.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

Interaction Model: Animated Motion Tempo: restrained Hero Dimensionality: flat

Landing Hero Motion Brief

  • Focal subject: the cinematic ARDANO leather shoe photograph bleeding off the right and bottom edges of the hero, with the oversized stacked ARDANO wordmark on the left third.
  • Input → transformation → outcome thesis: as the page loads, the hero headline reveals line-by-line via a clipped mask (each line slides up 100% over 700ms with cubic-bezier(0.22, 1, 0.36, 1)), the gold hairline rule draws beneath the wordmark, and the two CTAs settle into place — the visitor's first frame resolves from a dark, quiet espresso field into a fully composed editorial spread that invites "Jelajahi Koleksi" or "Tentang ARDANO".
  • Motion vocabulary: one purposeful reveal per section — content enters with a 400ms opacity fade plus a 12px upward translate, staggered 80ms across siblings, triggered once on scroll. Image hovers crossfade to a second angle over 500ms — no zoom, no lift, no shadow growth. Page transitions are a 300ms espresso overlay wipe. Nav underline grows from left in 200ms. Cart drawer slides in from the right in 350ms.
  • Composed first frame: espresso-black ground, the shoe photograph already in place on the right two-thirds, the ARDANO wordmark and headline set but not yet revealed, the gold rule and CTAs held at their starting offsets.
  • Reduced-motion state: all reveals become instant opacity changes, the hero headline appears fully set, and the image crossfade becomes an instant swap.

  • NFR-08 — No unverified craftsmanship claims (explicit): No claims about leather type, production technique, or specific quality standards may be published before that information is genuinely available from the company.
  • NFR-09 — Product photography as primary focus (explicit): Product photography must be the main visual focus, with minimal UI chrome around it.
