Q3 Product Roadmap Review — Action Required Before Friday
Hi Shikhar,
Hope you're doing well! Following up on our discussion last week regarding the sage-agent Q2 integration roadmap. I've had a chance to review the technical specifications you sent over, and I think we're in a solid position to move forward.
Before we proceed, there are a few key items I'd like to align on:
- Confirm the scope of the email prioritization engine — specifically whether we include multi-label classification in the first release or defer to v1.2.
- Review the NDA draft I've attached — legal has a few minor changes on the data retention clause (Section 4.2).
- Agree on a shared testing environment setup. The current staging server at
staging.sage-agent.ioneeds read access for our QA team. - Clarify the notification channel preferences — whether push notifications go via Firebase or we keep it in-app only for v1.
I've also prepared a brief summary of our proposed integration approach. Here's the updated authentication flow we discussed:

Hi Priya, thanks for the walkthrough yesterday. I've gone over the API spec doc and have a few questions around the rate limiting thresholds — specifically for high-volume inboxes that receive 500+ emails daily. Can you clarify whether the current quota applies per account or per IP? Also, let's loop in the legal team on the NDA before we sign off. Looking forward to your response.
