The project involves the development of an AI-powered Dental Clinic Management System designed to support dentists, orthodontists, clinic staff, receptionists, inventory managers, administrators, and patients through intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows, patient management, treatment tracking, operational management, and communication systems. The system will function as an assistive AI platform where all AI-generated outputs remain under doctor supervision and approval. AI-generated summaries, recommendations, observations, treatment plans, and diagnostic assistance are assistive only and do not make autonomous clinical decisions.

Consultation Transcription
The system will capture and transcribe conversations between doctors and patients during consultations using AI speech-to-text technology.
Consultation Workflow
- A clinic-provided microphone system will be connected to the system during consultations.
- The consultation workflow is intended to support chairside consultation assistance while the patient is seated on the treatment chair.
- The system will continuously record the doctor-patient conversation in real time.
- Live transcription of the consultation will be displayed within the system interface during the consultation.
- Transcription data will be sent to the AI system in chunks instead of sending a complete recording at once.
- Real-time transcription processing may support AI-assisted chairside automation workflows.
AI Consultation Analysis
The AI system may:
