This document outlines the requirements for the development of the retro-picture platform, tailored to meet the needs of Ali Akanta and other users in Singapore (SG).

The retro-picture platform will focus on simplicity, user-friendliness, and a retro aesthetic to create a unique and engaging experience for users.

The retro-picture platform will be a web-based application with optional mobile app support. It will allow users to upload their pictures, apply retro-themed filters and effects, and save or share their edited images. The system will cater to individual users who want to personalize their photos with a nostalgic touch.

Key features include:
