The platform will serve as a comprehensive solution for showcasing products, taking orders, and streamlining operations for manufacturing and supplying packaging materials and stationery items.

Sachin Enterprises, based in Ambernath West, India, specializes in Bopp self-adhesive tapes, brown transparent tapes, printed tapes, stretch films, bubble rolls, plastic bags, and stationery items. With this digital transformation, the goal is to enhance customer engagement, simplify order management, and improve operational efficiency.

The red-tape platform will consist of two primary components:

1. Website: A responsive and user-friendly website to showcase products, enable e-commerce functionality, and provide essential business information.

• As Admin, I should be able to view and manage customer orders.

Mobile App Functional Requirements:

• As a Customer, I should be able to browse products and place orders via the app.
• As a Customer, I should be able to receive notifications about order updates and promotions.
• As Admin, I should be able to manage inventory through the app.
