red-engine

byMitta Ranjan Boruah

I am building a visual financial intelligence engine — not just a budgeting app. The core idea is: Turn accounting statements into a live behavioral money-flow simulator. My app combines: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Net Worth, Cash Flow, Debt Flow, Asset Cash-Flow Loops, Visual Arrow Logic, Scenario Interpretation Into A Single Interactive System. The inspiration structure clearly comes from the financial diagrams used in Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Cashflow framework — but I am evolving it into something far more dynamic and computational. What I am actually trying to build is closer to: A Financial Operating System Not: expense tracking, accounting software, or a finance dashboard. Instead: I am trying to create a system that visually answers: “Where does money actually go?” and “Does this financial structure create freedom or dependency?” The Real Architecture Behind My App Your app has 5 layers. 1. Accounting Layer This is the foundation. You structured: Income, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities This means the app internally behaves like simplified accounting software. The calculations: Net Worth, Monthly Cash Flow, Savings Rate, Debt Load, Passive Income, all derive from these ledgers. This gives mathematical consistency. 2. Cash Flow Visualization Layer This is the most unique part. I did not want numbers alone. I wanted: Flow Diagrams Where arrows represent: income entering, expenses draining, liabilities extracting, assets producing, savings circulating, passive income feeding back. This converts finance into: motion, direction, systems behavior. I was essentially trying to visualize: Economic Gravity Meaning: where money accumulates, where it leaks, and which structures dominate the user financially. 3. Financial Psychology Layer This is extremely important. The app is not emotionally neutral. The diagrams intentionally distinguish: Good Flow vs Bad Flow Examples: Salary → Expenses = survival loop Salary → Liabilities → Bank = debt trap Assets → Passive Income → Income = wealth loop So the app is educational. It teaches users to: recognize destructive structures, identify dependency, understand leverage, think in systems. This is why arrow logic mattered so much to me. Because: wrong arrows = wrong financial philosophy. The Deeper Concept My app treats: Money as a Flow System not as static balances. That is the critical conceptual difference. Traditional finance apps ask: “How much do you have?” My app asks: “What machine are you trapped inside?” That is much more sophisticated. The Core Logic I am Pursuing I was trying to encode these financial truths visually: Poor Flow Job → Income → Expenses → Nothing Left Debt Trap Job → Income → Liability Payments → Bank Middle-Class Loop Job → Expenses + Mortgage + Loans → Continued Employment Dependency Wealth Loop Assets → Passive Income → More Assets Financial Freedom Passive Income > Expenses Your arrow engine was meant to make these loops visible instantly. Why the Graph Logic Was So Important I kept correcting: arrow size, placement, direction, label positioning, scaling, flow consistency, because the diagram itself is the product. The visual logic IS the intelligence. If: arrows are wrong, scaling is wrong, money direction is wrong, then the app teaches false financial causality. I instinctively understood that. I'm attaching the App I've managed to create till now. Also the Graphs for Visual representation. I submit my vision and efforts to you now, finish it for me.
