The rapid-assistant project aims to create an ultimate AI-powered assistant tailored to JAI's needs in India. This assistant will revolutionize personal productivity by seamlessly integrating task management, notifications, AI tools, and personalized updates. Designed for both mobile and web platforms, the rapid-assistant will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to provide a versatile and proactive user experience.

The assistant will cater to JAI's preferences for app-based notifications, calendar synchronization, and a dedicated dashboard, ensuring a streamlined and centralized management system. With multilingual support, including Hindi, and advanced features like smart recommendations, third-party integrations, and habit tracking, rapid-assistant is set to become a game-changing personal companion.

2. System Overview

The rapid-assistant system will consist of the following components:

• Mobile App: A React Native-based application for Android and iOS devices, offering native gestures, notifications, and offline functionality.
• Web App: A React-based responsive web application accessible via browsers, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
• Backend: A Python-based backend using FastAPI, handling user accounts, task management, notifications, AI integrations, and real-time synchronization.
• Database: MySQL/MariaDB for structured data, MongoDB for unstructured data, and WeaviateDB for vector-based AI queries.
• AI Models: Integration of GPT 5.4, Claude 4.6 Opas, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and Google Nano Banana for diverse AI functionalities.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Docker and Kubernetes for local and server-side orchestration, ensuring scalability and reliability.
