4. Specialty Coffee Shop Inventory & CRM Independent coffee shops often manage inventory, recipes, and loyalty in separate tools or spreadsheets. A micro SaaS can: Track beans, roast dates, and batch-level inventory. Manage recipes and costing per drink. Run a simple loyalty system (SMS/WhatsApp + QR codes). Why it’s proven: Vertical tools for specific retail niches (like coffee) show strong subscription uptake because they map exactly to daily workflows. These businesses are passionate communities, which drives word-of-mouth and low churn. India angle: Integrate with UPI payments and offer GST-friendly reporting; many urban specialty cafes are growing but still using generic POS systems. build me this micro saas

Signature Design Concept

The homepage will feature an interactive coffee brewing experience. Users can drag and drop virtual coffee beans into a digital grinder, watch the beans transform into a rich brew, and see the final cup being served. This interactive journey will be animated using motion/react to create a seamless and engaging experience. The background will subtly change from morning to evening hues, reflecting the time of day, enhancing the immersive experience.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The hero section will depict a coffee bean's journey from farm to cup. The animation will start with beans being harvested, transitioning through roasting and grinding, and culminating in a steaming cup of coffee. This loop will run continuously, with interactive elements allowing users to click on different stages for more information. The animation will be built using motion/react for smooth transitions and responsive behavior.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will use an "animated" interaction model with moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. This approach will highlight the features of the SaaS platform while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must be scalable to accommodate multiple coffee shops.
  • It should ensure data security and privacy for all users.
  • The platform should be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
