These applications are designed to provide a comprehensive suite of tools for customer engagement and sales operations. The document details the functional and non-functional requirements, user personas, core user flows, and technical specifications necessary for the development and integration of these applications.
The FPI ecosystem consists of two separate Next.js applications: Pulse and Mesa. Pulse is a customer-facing product offering AI voice front desk services, website chatbots, and other customer engagement tools. Mesa serves as the operating layer for sales organizations, providing tools such as ATS, CRM, and Objection Coach. Both applications are deployed on Vercel and utilize Supabase for data storage.
