Project-db2e9b56 System Requirements Document
Introduction
This document outlines the system requirements for Project-db2e9b56, which aims to develop an AI-driven workflow system to identify global buyers and automate product shipping. Additionally, a manual management dashboard will be provided for oversight and intervention when necessary.
System Overview
Project-db2e9b56 is designed to streamline the process of identifying potential buyers worldwide and managing the logistics of product shipping through an autonomous AI system. The system will include a dashboard for manual management to ensure flexibility and control over the operations.
Functional Requirements as Story Points
- As a System, I should be able to autonomously identify potential buyers from all over the world using AI algorithms.
- As a System, I should be able to automate the shipping process for products to identified buyers.
- As an Admin, I should be able to access a dashboard to manually manage and oversee the AI-driven workflow.
- As an Admin, I should be able to intervene in the workflow process when necessary through the dashboard.
User Personas
- Admin: Responsible for overseeing the AI-driven workflow and intervening when necessary. Uses the dashboard for management and control.
- AI System: Operates autonomously to identify buyers and manage shipping logistics.

Signature Design Concept
The homepage will feature an interactive global map where each country lights up as the AI identifies potential buyers. Users can click on a country to see detailed buyer information and shipping status. The map will use motion/react for smooth transitions and hover effects. The map will continuously update in real-time, showing the dynamic nature of the AI's operations.

Landing Hero Motion Brief
The landing hero will depict a world map with animated lines connecting from a central hub to various countries, symbolizing the AI's reach and connectivity. As the lines reach a country, the map will zoom in to show a brief animation of products being shipped, highlighting the efficiency of the system. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, with interactive elements allowing users to click on countries for more details.
Interaction Model & Motion Direction
- Intended Interaction Model: Parallax
- The landing page will feature layered depth via scroll, with the global map and connecting lines moving at different speeds to create a sense of depth and engagement.
Non-Functional Requirements
- The system must ensure data privacy and comply with international data protection regulations.
- The dashboard should be responsive and accessible on various devices.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React for Web
- Backend: Python, FastAPI
- Database: MySQL or MariaDB
- AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly response
- Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose

Assumptions and Constraints
- The system assumes reliable internet connectivity for real-time updates.
- The AI system will require access to global buyer databases and shipping logistics data.
Glossary
- AI System: The autonomous component responsible for identifying buyers and managing shipping.
- Dashboard: The interface for manual management and oversight of the AI-driven workflow.
- Parallax: A scrolling technique that creates an illusion of depth by moving background and foreground elements at different speeds.
