Introduction
The "SEEKER" project is a mobile application designed to offer users a real-world exploration adventure game. It allows users to discover hidden locations, complete exploration missions, and engage with a community of explorers. The app is designed to provide a premium AAA-style experience with a clean, modern, and immersive design. Starting in Jordan, the app is scalable to a global audience.
System Overview
SEEKER is a mobile application that combines elements of adventure gaming with real-world exploration. Users can register, create custom profiles, and embark on missions to discover and document hidden or historical locations. The app features an interactive map, live streaming capabilities, and a robust gamification system to enhance user engagement and community interaction.

- As a User, I should be able to create and customize my profile with a username, avatar, and exploration statistics.
- As a User, I should be able to view my level, XP progress, achievements, and completed missions.
- As a User, I should be able to accept and complete exploration missions.
- As a User, I should be able to view mission details including location, difficulty, and GPS navigation.
- As a User, I should be able to explore a full-screen interactive map with mission markers and navigation paths.
- As a User, I should be able to upload photo/video proof of mission completion.
- As a User, I should be able to start a live stream during exploration.
- As a User, I should be able to follow other explorers and view their profiles.
- As a User, I should be able to participate in daily and weekly challenges.
- As a User, I should be able to view leaderboards and seasonal events.
- As a User, I should be able to like and comment on other explorers' discoveries.
User Personas
- Explorer: A user who engages in missions, uploads proof of exploration, and interacts with the community.
- Viewer: A user who follows explorers, watches live streams, and participates in community activities.
Core User Flows
- User registers -> creates profile -> accepts mission -> navigates to location -> uploads proof -> gains XP and achievements.
- Explorer starts live stream -> followers watch and comment -> explorer completes mission -> updates profile with new achievements.
- User views map -> selects mission -> follows navigation path -> completes mission objectives -> uploads proof.

Signature Design Concept
The SEEKER app will feature an interactive map as its signature design concept. The map will be a living, breathing entity that evolves as users explore new areas. As users discover locations, the map will gradually reveal hidden paths and markers, creating a sense of mystery and adventure. The map will include smooth animations and transitions, with a glassmorphism effect on mission cards and overlays. Users can interact with the map by zooming, panning, and tapping on mission markers to view details. The map will also feature dynamic weather effects and time-of-day changes to enhance the immersive experience.

Landing Hero Motion Brief
The landing page will feature a continuously moving 2D composition built with motion/react. The animation will depict a compass that transforms into a map, highlighting the user's journey from start to mission completion. The compass will rotate, and the map will unfold, revealing new paths and locations. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, with interactive elements allowing users to click on different parts of the map to explore further. The first frame will show the SEEKER logo with a call-to-action to start exploring.
Interaction Model & Motion Direction
The intended interaction model for the SEEKER app is "animated." The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals, hover transitions, and spring physics on interactive elements. Each section of the app will have a distinctive core mechanic, such as morphing SVGs or kinetic typography, to enhance the user experience.
Non-Functional Requirements
- The app must be scalable to support a global user base.
- The app should maintain high performance and responsiveness.
- The app must ensure data privacy and secure access control.
