project-14ba7c2c

Introduction

This System Requirements Document (SRD) outlines the specifications and requirements for the project named "project-14ba7c2c." The document is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of the system's functionalities, user interactions, and design elements tailored to meet the needs of users in India, specifically for Jimish Parekh.

System Overview

The system is designed to cater to the specific needs of the users, providing a streamlined and efficient user experience. The project aims to deliver a solution that is both user-friendly and meets the functional requirements outlined by the stakeholders.

Functional Requirements as Story Points

  • As a User, I should be able to access the HRMS system to manage my personal and professional information.
  • As an Admin, I should be able to manage user roles and permissions within the HRMS system.
  • As a Manager, I should be able to review and approve leave requests from my team members.
  • As an Employee, I should be able to submit my leave requests through the HRMS system.
  • As an HR Personnel, I should be able to generate reports on employee attendance and performance.

User Personas

  • Admin: Responsible for managing the overall system, including user roles and permissions.
  • Manager: Oversees team operations and approves leave requests.
  • Employee: Uses the system to manage personal information and submit leave requests.
  • HR Personnel: Manages employee records and generates reports.

Core User Flows

  • Employee logs into the HRMS -> Submits leave request -> Manager reviews and approves/rejects -> HR updates records.
  • Admin logs into the HRMS -> Manages user roles and permissions -> Updates system settings.
  • HR Personnel logs into the HRMS -> Generates attendance report -> Reviews and shares with management.

Signature Design Concept

The homepage of project-14ba7c2c will feature an interactive galaxy map where each star represents a different feature or section of the HRMS system. Users can click on a star to open a task card, drag to rotate the cluster, and hover to highlight connections. This dynamic and engaging design will be built using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei for a 3D interactive experience.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page will feature a polished, continuously moving 2D composition built with motion/react. The animation will depict an employee's journey through the HRMS system: logging in, submitting a leave request, and receiving approval. The scene will include layers such as a login portal, a calendar, and an approval stamp, all moving in a seamless 6-14 second loop. The animation will be responsive and maintain clarity when paused.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The intended interaction model for the landing page is "parallax," providing layered depth via scroll. Decorative layers will translate at different speeds, enhancing the storytelling aspect of the page. This approach is ideal for creating a visually rich first impression.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system should ensure secure access control for all users.
  • The system must be scalable to accommodate future growth.
  • The system should provide high availability and reliability.
