project-0eb8a07d System Requirements Document
1. Introduction
Project Name: project-0eb8a07d
This document outlines the system requirements for the project-0eb8a07d, an AI-native SaaS platform designed to digitize, automate, and optimize the end-to-end jewellery supply chain. The platform aims to transform fragmented, manual supply chain processes into autonomous, data-driven workflows.
2. System Overview
project-0eb8a07d, also known as SAABS (Supply Chain Autonomous AI Business System), is a comprehensive platform that integrates various stakeholders in the jewellery supply chain, providing real-time visibility and predictive analytics. It is designed to address common challenges such as production delays, quality issues, and inventory bottlenecks by leveraging AI-driven insights and automation.
Vision
To build the world’s leading AI-powered operating system for the jewellery industry.

Problem Statement
The jewellery supply chain is heavily reliant on manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and lack of visibility. SAABS aims to address these issues by providing a unified platform that connects all stakeholders and automates key processes.
Solution
SAABS connects ERP systems, Excel files, vendor portals, warehouses, and logistics partners into a unified AI platform, providing real-time insights and automating workflows.
3. Functional Requirements as Story Points
- As a Jewellery Brand, I should be able to import purchase orders from ERP or Excel to streamline order management.
- As a Vendor, I should be able to update production milestones and upload documents through a secure portal.
- As a Supply Chain Manager, I should be able to predict order completion dates using AI timeline prediction.
- As a Quality Assurance Team Member, I should be able to predict potential QA and QC failures before dispatch.
- As a Logistics Manager, I should be able to track shipments in real-time from dispatch to delivery.
- As a Warehouse Manager, I should be able to monitor warehouse capacity and optimize GRN processing.
- As an Executive, I should be able to ask natural language questions and receive AI-driven insights and recommendations.
- As a Procurement Team Member, I should be able to automate ASN generation and validation.
- As a Business Owner, I should be able to access real-time dashboards and executive reports for informed decision-making.

4. User Personas
- Jewellery Brand Manager: Oversees brand operations and ensures timely delivery of products.
- Vendor: Responsible for production and dispatch of jewellery items.
- Supply Chain Manager: Manages the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance Team Member: Ensures that products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Logistics Manager: Oversees the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Warehouse Manager: Manages warehouse operations and inventory.
- Executive: Makes strategic decisions based on insights and reports.
- Procurement Team Member: Manages purchasing and supplier relationships.
5. Core User Flows
- Jewellery Brand Manager imports purchase orders -> System classifies and prioritizes orders -> Vendor updates milestones -> AI predicts timelines -> Quality Assurance checks for risks -> Logistics tracks shipments -> Warehouse manages inwarding -> Executive reviews insights.
- Vendor updates production milestones -> Uploads documents -> Confirms dispatch schedules -> Communicates through portal.
- Executive asks natural language questions -> AI provides insights and recommendations -> Executive makes informed decisions.

7. Signature Design Concept
Interactive Jewellery Supply Chain Map
The homepage will feature an interactive map of the jewellery supply chain. Users can click on different nodes representing stages like production, quality assurance, logistics, and warehousing. Each node will animate to show real-time data and AI-driven insights. The map will be dynamic, with lines connecting nodes to show the flow of goods and information. Users can hover over nodes to see detailed metrics and predictions. This concept will be built using motion/react for smooth animations and transitions.

LANDING HERO MOTION BRIEF
The landing hero will depict a jewellery piece being crafted in real-time. As users scroll, the piece will transform from raw materials to a finished product, showcasing the supply chain stages. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, highlighting the transformation process. This will be achieved using CSS animations and motion/react for interactive elements.
8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction
- Interaction Model: Animated
- The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions, with spring physics on interactive elements. This approach will provide a polished and engaging user experience, suitable for a feature-rich product page.
9. Non-Functional Requirements
- The system must handle concurrent users efficiently.
- Data security and privacy must be ensured for all transactions and communications.
- The platform should be scalable to accommodate growing user bases and data volumes.
- The system should provide high availability and reliability.
