plasma-dealbox

DealBox is a lightweight deal-management and invoicing app built specifically for nano and micro creators (1K–100K followers) in India, solving the unglamorous but constant problem of brand collaborations slipping through the cracks of WhatsApp chats and mental notes. Where every existing platform in the space — Winkl, Qoruz, Kofluence, Plixxo — is built for brands to discover and manage creators, DealBox flips the lens and serves the creator's side of that same relationship: tracking who reached out, what was promised, what's been delivered, and who still owes payment. The core workflow is a simple Kanban pipeline — Inquiry → Negotiating → Confirmed → Delivered → Paid — paired with an AI-assisted intake feature where a creator pastes a brand's WhatsApp message and Gemini automatically extracts the brand name, deliverable, deadline, and quoted amount into a structured deal card, removing the manual data entry that makes people abandon tracking tools in the first place. Once a deal is marked delivered, the app auto-generates a clean invoice and sends a polite automated payment reminder if it goes unpaid past a set number of days, closing the loop that currently ends in creators awkwardly re-messaging brands weeks later. A secondary feature — a shareable rate-card page, Linktree-style but purpose-built for pricing — lets creators stop retyping their rates in every incoming DM and instead just drop a link. The whole thing is built as a Jetpack Compose Android app (with a thin web layer for the public rate-card page), backed by Firebase/Firestore, using the Gemini API for message parsing and Razorpay for UPI-native invoicing — all tooling you're already fluent in from SAHAAY AI and CampusGo. Monetization is a straightforward freemium ladder: free for up to 3 active deals, ₹299/month for unlimited deals with invoicing and reminders, and ₹599/month for the rate-card page plus basic analytics on payment speed and best-performing deal types. The moat isn't the AI parsing, which is commodity — it's the accumulated deal history and workflow habit each creator builds inside the app, plus a distribution edge you already have through your own circle of creators like Naziya, who represent exactly the first cohort this is built for.
