7. Signature Design Concept

The homepage of orbit-create will feature an interactive "Document Journey" animation. Users will see a virtual conveyor belt where documents are fed into a machine labeled "Analysis Engine." As documents pass through, they transform into visual data charts and legal summaries, symbolizing the analysis process. Users can click on documents to pause the animation and explore detailed insights. The animation will be built using motion/react for smooth transitions and interactivity.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The hero section will depict a stack of documents entering the "Analysis Engine." As they pass through, the documents transform into animated graphs and highlighted legal text, showcasing the platform's capabilities. The loop will last 10 seconds, with interactive elements allowing users to click on documents for more information. The animation will maintain clarity and engagement even in reduced-motion settings.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Intended Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions, enhancing the user experience with polished animations.
  • Internal pages will maintain a static layout for clarity, focusing on data presentation and analysis results.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must ensure data security and compliance with relevant legal standards.
  • The platform should support high availability and scalability to handle large volumes of documents.
  • The user interface must be intuitive and accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise.

10. Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React for Web
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Database: MySQL or MariaDB, use alembic for migrations
  • AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly response
  • AI Tools: Litellm for LLM Routing, Langchain
  • Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose
  • Server-side Orchestration: Kubernetes

11. Assumptions and Constraints

  • The platform will primarily serve users in India, considering local regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • The system will be designed to handle both English and regional languages for document analysis.
  • The platform must integrate with existing M&A tools and databases used by clients.
