Its primary purpose is to provide a platform where manuals, policies, and processes can be uploaded and accessed for reference and further reading by various departments within the bank. The application will use the attached Yobe MFB logo and adhere to the functional clarity inspired by Dieter Rams, ensuring a structured and efficient user experience.
The neon-serve application will facilitate the upload and access of departmental manuals, policies, and processes for Yobe MFB. It will serve the following departments: Banking Operations, Fund Transfer, Customer Service, Cash and Teller, Compliance, Admin, Internal Control and Audit, Finance, and Branch Management. The application will prioritize functional clarity, using a structured layout and disciplined palette to ensure ease of use.
