System Requirements Document for neon-serve

1. Introduction

The neon-serve application is designed to serve the Yobe Microfinance Bank (Yobe MFB) eLearning Center. Its primary purpose is to provide a platform where manuals, policies, and processes can be uploaded and accessed for reference and further reading by various departments within the bank. The application will use the attached Yobe MFB logo and adhere to the functional clarity inspired by Dieter Rams, ensuring a structured and efficient user experience.

2. System Overview

The neon-serve application will facilitate the upload and access of departmental manuals, policies, and processes for Yobe MFB. It will serve the following departments: Banking Operations, Fund Transfer, Customer Service, Cash and Teller, Compliance, Admin, Internal Control and Audit, Finance, and Branch Management. The application will prioritize functional clarity, using a structured layout and disciplined palette to ensure ease of use.

2a. Product Interpretation and Delivery Boundary

The application will be delivered as a web-based platform accessible to Yobe MFB staff. It will not include features beyond the upload and access of documents for the specified departments. The application will not support external access or integration with other systems beyond the scope of document management for the eLearning Center.
