1. Introduction

meta-screenshot is a SaaS product designed by Proofeasy to empower MSMEs and micro-industries by streamlining multi-channel inquiries, primarily through WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and website contact forms. It leverages AI to automate responses, personalize replies based on the registered client’s brand tone, and provide actionable insights. This enables businesses to save time, reduce missed leads, and improve customer satisfaction.

This document outlines the system requirements for meta-screenshot, ensuring alignment with the vision shared by Ashissh Pattel, and incorporates scalability for future API integrations.

2. System Overview

meta-screenshot is a self-serve platform that integrates with WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and website contact forms to centralize inquiries. It uses AI to automate responses, personalize replies based on the registered client’s brand tone, and provide smart handoffs to business owners.

The system is designed to be scalable, allowing for future integration with additional channels such as email and other social media platforms. Initially, each registered company will connect one WhatsApp API account, ensuring simplicity and focused management.

  • As Admin, I should be able to onboard users with brand tone settings during registration.
  • As Admin, I should be able to connect WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and website contact forms.
  • As User, I should be able to receive AI-generated replies personalized to my brand tone.
  • As User, I should be able to view categorized leads with priority tags.
  • As User, I should be able to export lead data to Excel on demand.
  • As User, I should be able to manage multi-turn conversations with AI assistance.
  • As Guest, I should be able to view the landing page with features and pricing details.
  • As Admin, I should be able to trigger selective re-run capability to regenerate specific sections of the SRD.

Inspired by the Proofeasy logo, the following unique color palette is proposed:

  • Background: #FAFAFA (Soft White)
  • Surface: #F2F2F2 (Light Gray)
  • Text: #2E2E2E (Dark Charcoal)
  • Accent: #D32F2F (Red from the logo)
  • Muted Tones: #B0B0B0 (Muted Gray)

This palette reflects a clean, professional, and modern tone, aligning with the Proofeasy logo's aesthetic while maintaining a user-friendly interface.

The homepage and dashboard will feature a bold, interactive design inspired by the Proofeasy logo. Key elements include:

  1. Hero Section:

    • A large Proofeasy logo prominently displayed.
    • Tagline: "Empowering MSMEs with Smart Inquiry Management."
    • Call-to-action buttons styled in the accent color (#D32F2F) for trial sign-ups.
  2. Dynamic Dashboard:

    • A sleek, interactive dashboard with circular icons inspired by the logo’s "e" shape, representing inquiries flowing into a centralized system.
    • Real-time updates on inquiries from WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and website contact forms.
    • Hover effects reveal inquiry details and priority tags.
  3. Pricing Table:

    • Interactive pricing tiers with hover effects to highlight benefits.
    • Color-coded plans (Free, Basic, Premium) with clear descriptions.
  4. Micro-Interactions:

    • Subtle animations for buttons and icons that mimic the circular flow of the logo.
    • Smooth transitions between sections to enhance user experience.
  5. Footer:

    • Contact information, FAQs, and links to legal pages styled in the surface color (#F2F2F2).

This design ensures the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and instantly recognizable as part of the Proofeasy brand.

7. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must support at least 10,000 inquiries per day.
  • Response time for AI-generated replies must not exceed 30 seconds.
  • The system must comply with GDPR and Indian data protection regulations.
  • The platform must be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Selective re-run capability must allow Admins to regenerate specific sections of the SRD without affecting other sections.
