Project Name: meta-insurance

1. Introduction

The meta-insurance project is a digital platform designed to support Jignesh S's insurance advisory business, "B Insured," based in India. The platform will focus on providing users with a seamless experience to explore, inquire about, and book services related to vehicle insurance, health insurance, and car insurance. By integrating an online inquiry and booking system, the platform aims to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations for Jignesh's advisory services.

This document outlines the system requirements for the meta-insurance platform, ensuring alignment with the project's goals and user needs.

2. System Overview

The meta-insurance platform will serve as a comprehensive digital solution for "B Insured." It will:

  • Provide detailed information about vehicle, health, and car insurance services.
  • Enable users to submit inquiries or book consultations online.
  • Offer a user-friendly interface tailored to the Indian market, with support for local currency (INR) and time zones (IST).

The system will consist of a responsive website accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

As User:

  • I should be able to view detailed information about vehicle, health, and car insurance services.
  • I should be able to submit an inquiry form for insurance services.
  • I should be able to book a consultation with the advisory team.
  • I should receive a confirmation email or SMS after submitting an inquiry or booking.

As Admin:

  • I should be able to view and manage user inquiries.
  • I should be able to manage booking schedules and confirm appointments.
  • I should be able to update service details and pricing information.

1. User (Customer):

  • Description: Individuals seeking insurance services for vehicles, health, or cars.
  • Goals: To explore insurance options, inquire about policies, and book consultations.
