marketing-automatyzacja System Requirements Document
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to outline the system requirements for the "marketing-automatyzacja" project. This project aims to develop an automation agent for Google and social media platforms, tailored to meet the needs of users like Piotr Jaroszewski in Poland. The document will detail the functional and non-functional requirements, user personas, core user flows, and other essential elements to ensure the successful development and deployment of the system.
2. System Overview
The "marketing-automatyzacja" project is designed to automate interactions with Google and various social media platforms. The system will provide users with tools to streamline their digital presence and enhance their productivity by automating routine tasks across these platforms. The project will cater to a diverse range of users, including individuals and businesses looking to optimize their online activities.

3. Functional Requirements as Story Points
- As a User, I should be able to automate posting content on social media platforms.
- As a User, I should be able to schedule posts for future publication on social media.
- As a User, I should be able to automate responses to comments and messages on social media.
- As a User, I should be able to track engagement metrics across social media platforms.
- As a User, I should be able to automate Google search queries and retrieve results.
- As a User, I should be able to automate data collection from Google services.
- As a User, I should be able to integrate the automation agent with multiple social media accounts.
- As a User, I should be able to automate tasks without the need for authentication tokens.
- As a User, I should be able to view and understand the pricing model for the services offered.
- As a User, I should be able to receive notifications about automated tasks and their outcomes.
4. User Personas
- Individual User: A person looking to manage their personal social media presence more efficiently.
- Business User: A company or brand representative aiming to optimize their social media marketing efforts.
- Social Media Manager: A professional responsible for managing multiple social media accounts for clients or a company.
5. Core User Flows
- User logs into the platform -> selects social media accounts to manage -> schedules a post -> automation agent posts content at the scheduled time.
- User sets up Google search automation -> defines search parameters -> agent performs searches at specified intervals -> user receives compiled results.
- User configures automated responses -> agent monitors comments/messages -> agent sends predefined responses -> user reviews engagement metrics.

7. Signature Design Concept
The homepage of the "marketing-automatyzacja" project will feature an interactive, animated dashboard that visually represents the automation processes. Users will see a dynamic flowchart where tasks move through various stages of automation, represented by animated icons and paths. As users hover over different elements, they will receive real-time updates and insights into each task's status. This concept will be built using motion/react for smooth animations and transitions, providing an engaging and informative user experience.

LANDING HERO MOTION BRIEF
The landing page will feature an animated sequence where a user inputs a task (e.g., scheduling a post), and the task visibly travels through a series of animated gears and levers, symbolizing the automation process. As the task completes, it emerges as a published post on a simulated social media feed, showcasing the transformation from input to outcome. This sequence will loop every 10 seconds, with interactive elements allowing users to explore different automation scenarios.
8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction
- Intended Interaction Model: Animated
- The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions, enhancing user engagement without overwhelming them.
- Each section of the landing page will have a distinctive core mechanic, such as kinetic typography or scroll-linked reveals, to maintain user interest and convey information effectively.
9. Non-Functional Requirements
- The system shall ensure data privacy and comply with relevant data protection regulations.
- The system shall maintain high availability and reliability, with a target uptime of 99.9%.
- The system shall be scalable to accommodate increasing numbers of users and tasks.

10. Tech Stack
- Frontend: React for Web
- Backend: Python, FastAPI
- Database: MySQL or MariaDB, with alembic for migrations
- AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly responses
- AI Tools: Litellm for LLM Routing, Langchain
- Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose
- Server-side Orchestration: Kubernetes
11. Assumptions and Constraints
- The system will primarily target users in Poland, thus supporting Polish language and local social media platforms.
- The automation agent will need to comply with the terms of service of each integrated platform.
- Internet connectivity is assumed to be stable and reliable for the system to function effectively.
12. Glossary
