System Requirements Document for lycon-store
1. Introduction
Lycon Store is the digital storefront for Lycon Stitches, a single-owner fashion and accessories business. It enables customers to browse and buy the owner’s products while allowing the store owner to post new listings and edit existing listings.
The current store catalog covers the following product categories:
- Jalabiyah
- Native wear
- Watches
- Shoes
- Caps
The system is intended for shoppers seeking Lycon Stitches products and for the Lycon Stitches store owner, who exclusively manages product listings.
2. System Overview
Lycon Store is an application-owned storefront with a public shopping experience and owner-restricted product-management workspaces.
Customers can anonymously access the public storefront, browse products across the five supported categories, view individual product details, and complete a purchase through Checkout. Customers are not required to create an account to browse or buy.
The Lycon Stitches store owner has protected access to product-management functions. The owner completes first-use enrollment through Login, verifies identity when returning, views existing listings in Manage Products, edits listings, and posts new products through New Product.
The system is a single-owner storefront. It is not a multi-seller marketplace and must not provide seller profiles, vendor badges, or product-posting access to other users.
